He covered up the newly installed floors in the bathrooms and was very careful about all of the "new stuff" in the bathrooms. We could not imagine that they would turn out so well.

He lectured me like a child for not being prepared, yet it really was no big deal, as it didn't take long to get the elevator ready and he was able to do the prep work until 9:00. Other than that, things went well. Installation was fast (6 hrs.); he cleaned up after himself; price as estimated; and it looks great."

The representative gave a precise time that he would arrive, rather than a range, but was about 30 minutes late due to traffic. He was very apologetic about the company not carrying a liner to fit my tub. The representative called back after leaving my home to tell me what information to provide to receive a rough cost estimate over the telephone. "It wasn't an easy task because the a/c duct was very close to the over drain they were on time clean polite and professional told me the truth and said that I didn't need a new tub unlike the other service providers that came out for the job and just assumed that I needed a new tub or a new bathroom."
