Radiator Repair reviews in Washington
They did a check on my entire car and not only told me about some issues but showed and proved to me that they were issues - not used to that! I was told how soon the repairs should be considered so that I could budget accordingly without a hard sale at all - not sued to that. One of the issues which they had marked as yellow (keep an eye on), we discussed further and when I mentioned that I'd have to save up, without a hard push, they mentioned they had 0% interest options for six months!
A couple of the smaller items that was mentioned, they fixed without charge - astonished by that!
I was impressed with the professionalism and the friendly manner. I felt like I have a much better idea of my cars issues, the importance of what needs to be done when and all this without a scary hard sale.”
Some time after the work was completed in March 2012 the front end of the car tore loose when it was backed out of a parking place. An '01 Chrysler 300M is a low car, but there had been many repairs and no damage was done other than scratch
Three other auto body men have told us the front bumper was not secured properly with all the braces and clips it should have had.
He told me to go back to the insurance company, but his shop was not on their recommended list.
I was honest with him when I brought the car and the insurance check. I told him I had done more damage since the estimate and paid him the difference. Then he got more money from the insurance company running the job up to $ 4,000.
I haven't complained about the shabby looking grill on the front end he installed.
I finally told him if I have to pay more to get it fixed, I'm not spending it with him. So now I ride around with a sagging, torn front bumper and I'd like to letter his name on it for all to see!
Since I last talked to him I've had to replace the radiator. The radiator shop said it was new in 2012 and they don't know why it failed so soon.
I had a few questions to be answered after the down-payment was made; my emails and calls to her went unanswered. I waited days for a response but to no avail, I finally had to speak to another sales person to get any sort of response which was just as frustrating. I threatened to cancel my car order on 2 occasions and both times they finally acted like they cared.
It’s been 17 months since I purchased the Camaro ZL1 Convertible and have had to bring the car in for repair 4 times due to the Tire Pressure Monitor System,
I do not want “very real possibilities” when there is something wrong with my car that is still under warranty, I want facts.
