"They pulled me in because they told me I had a warranty problem (a recall) & they had to replace something. Turns out, there really wasn't a recall. I've been there several times because of this. Each time I've been there, the mechanics always find something that was seriously wrong with my car. I have my car regularly serviced at another auto shop, and they've never found anything wrong like that. Their auto parts employees (windshield wipers, etc), have actually assisted with the parts installations at no charge, so they've been good. I just don't trust the service representatives. "

Washington Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
did a wonderful job of explaining features, telling us what the pros and cons were for each accessory. He guided us in making color selection. We wanted 4matic and safety features. He had to locate a car for us at another dealer. As a retired financial advisor I can recognize the difference between sales pressure and professionalism. As a true professional,
Washington Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
determined what we needed and met our requirements.

"We were actually looking for a used car when we got there.
Washington Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
met us at the door and helped us look for a used car that met our criteria (price, year, mileage, etc.). We looked at a couple of options, but nothing that jumped out at us.
Washington Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
then pointed out (without being pushy) that
Washington Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
sells new cars at a price not far from the price we were looking at for used cars.
Washington Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
walked us through the sales process, and at all times was friendly and informative without pushing or pressuring us. We always felt comfortable with the staff, and the selection of new cars was good. Once we made the decision to buy,
Washington Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
in the finance office helped us work out the financing. There was some kind of miscommunication between the sales and finance staff, so
Washington Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
had a quick conversation with the sales manager and worked it out so that we paid only the price we had agreed on. The financing terms were attractive, and
Washington Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
was very clear from the beginning about what our various options were. We had visited five other dealerships that day...

was by far and away the most comfortable environment with the friendliest staff. Highly recommended.

"The salesmen were rude, pushy and disrespectful. They took back the electronic key fob because I did not purchase any of the extras and they also kept playing around with the loan. They responded very quickly and were punctual, but not professional. "

"They were excellent and I liked their personalized service. They negotiated very well with me and I ended up paying a very reasonable amount for a better car. I love my car."

"The salesman was very knowledgeable and they made a extra effort to get the car we wanted. They are very easy to deal with and we are happy with our purchase. They have a good service department."

"I have been using their services for about five years. They really try to provide excellent service. They treat you with respect, courtesy and efficiency. I am completely satisfied with the price I paid."

"The bargaining went smoothly. They were very courteous when we went to buy our car. The car was exactly what they promised it would be. They made sure we got the second key when there was a mix up. They continued to contact us until we picked it up. They also provided a courtesy inspection. The car was also very clean when we picked it up and it has run very well."

"It took them a month to fix it. They did not offer a loaner car. When I got it back, it had stains from a tree that had landed all over it and I had to have it buffed to get it fixed. There were many pieces of the repair that were poorly or incorrectly done. The door didn't fit, it stuck out about 1/2 inch from where it was supposed to be. For a company that was supposed to do terrific work, was the worst I had ever seen. The service man was delightful and pleasant. After they finally fixed everything, about 6 weeks later, it was OK, and they did the work for the price they had advertised."

"If you do decide to buy a BMW, get it from
Washington Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
. I went to see him 2 months after my first visit and he remembered me and what car I was interested in. I told him I was looking at another brand and he never tried to pressure me or badmouth the other car. I wound up buying a 330i from him in February and it was a fantastic experience. A few months later when I contacted him about some damage to my car, he responded right away. If you are even just looking, he is the person to see."
