"Geoff had been referred to me by a co-worker who has used his services and been very pleased with the results. Unlike several other contractors I had attempted to contact, he was extremely responsive. He showed up promptly for the estimate appointment, quickly provided a detailed and reasonably priced estimate for the various repairs, and arrived right on time each day of the repairs. I have had enough experience with home repairs that I was not surprised by a couple of "bumps in the road" he encountered when tackling the repairs. When this occurred, before moving forward, Geoff would contact me and explain the situation (usually waiting until I could get home from work to show me exactly what the problem was) then walk me through a recommendation and adjust the estimate accordingly. I felt the additional adjustments were fair and appropriate...I did not feel like he was taking advantage of the situation. He originally estimated a timetable of 4 days to complete the work. He showed up promptly every day, and while the timetable extended by one day, it was not due to his lack of diligence but rather the few surprises that were discovered along the way that needed to be addressed. Geoff did a very good job cleaning up each day (anyone who has had drywall work done knows it is impossible to keep things clean with all of the dust), removed all debris, and kept me informed of his progress. Overall, this was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with a contractor. Finding one that is trustworthy, competent, conscientious and fair can be a real challenge, but I would not hesitate to recommend

to friends, family or neighbors, and I will certainly use Geoff's services in the future.

"Excellent. I called to get an estimate. One of the owners came out to meet with me and discuss the job I also visited their showroom to select the style of windows. They provided a detailed written estimate, with price valid for 30 days and a copy of the warranty before I placed the order. Written price estimate and copy of warranty were something other companies were unable/unwilling to give. Once the windows were ordered, they came in on time and were installed as scheduled. The installers were professional, courteous and cleaned up comepletely before they left Overall, I am extremely satified. About a year after the windows were installed, I had a problem with one of them not staying open properly. I called the office, they sent a technician out within a few days. It was a

fix and he not only fixed the problem, but showed me how to do it in case it happened again on another window.

"They originally came and found that our gutter guards would interfere with the installation of the starter strips. They originally wanted $1,200 to disassemble and re-assemble the guards. Since we had a life time warrante on the Guards from another company, we balked. The other company balked. Within two days,
Virginia Beach Window Installers Provider Name Locked
agreed to take down and replace the guards to warranty standards without cost. Upon work the first day, they arrived at about 10:00am on a Monday and started right to work. They had five to seven employees and everyone was very polite and friendly. They got to work and worked diligently. On that day, they concentrated their work on a specific area of the roof so that when the rains came later that night, everything was tight and didn't leak. We found no evidence of any leaks. They then got back to work and completed the roof section by section. After three days, the work was done and it is beautiful. At the end of each day, they cleaned up and left the property in a clean condition. At the end of the job, they used an electromagnet to ensure that all roofing materials were picked up. Subsequently, we've not noticed anything they've missed. At the end of the job, they ruined some trim and a gutter guard. However, they were able to locate the same material (trim and guard) and replaced the damaged area. even with hard looking, you couldn't find the areas that were replaced. Although we're not yet in the "HOT" season yet, we've noticed that our attic is cooler. We are completely satisfied with our experience with

"They did an excellent job, and we were absolutely satisfied with their work. They had excellent pricing, and their professionalism was good. They used subcontractors who were excellent. The workers did the job in one day and cleaned up after themselves too. We were very pleased with the workmanship. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future."

"In March of 2007 had we 17 windows replaced in our house. 6 of the windows have lost the seal between the glass panes and the argon/krypton gas escaped. There is now severe discoloration between the panes and they have lost their energy efficiency. I contacted

, the owner of
Virginia Beach Window Installers Provider Name Locked
at his office on 2625 Production Road in Virginia Beach, VA. At the time he installed my windows in 2007 he was doing business under the name of "Window Depot" at the same address with the same phone number (757) 306-4748. The phone number (757) 306-0500 rings to the same location as well. At the time I purchased my windows
Virginia Beach Window Installers Provider Name Locked
provided me with a written lifetime warranty, including glass breakage, under the business name of Window Depot. Unfortunately,
Virginia Beach Window Installers Provider Name Locked
explained to me that as he is no longer doing business under the name of Window Depot, he will not honor the warranty. The primary reason I gave my business to
Virginia Beach Window Installers Provider Name Locked
's company was because of the warranty. It is disappointing he will not stand behind the warranty. I have since learned that
Virginia Beach Window Installers Provider Name Locked

I located the following business names with
Virginia Beach Window Installers Provider Name Locked
as the principal, operating at 2625 Production Road:

Virginia Windows Home Solutions House Doctors Virginia Vinyl Siding Virginia Awnings Virginia Green Homes If having a warranty is important to you, I caution that you carefully consider using any of the companies listed above as your warranty may not be honored by the owner should he choose not to operate under that business name any longer....

"I had Paramount come out and give me an estimate on some siding for my house. The house is worth around $175k, and the price they came back with was around $50K. That's right, just under a third of the total property value. The salesman that came out was rude and unprofessional. He told me he wouldn't be able to give me an estimate until my wife was able to sit there for his sales pitch. Kids wouldn't allow that and he had to call his boss for a go ahead. He was pushy and demeaning. I don't ever want to hear the words Paramount again. They are just trying to rip people off."

"I had used Paramount to replace my windows three years ago and had gotten quotes from Lowes and Home Depot (in-store estimates) prior to meeting with the representative from Paramount. The representative was thorough in his explanations; sometimes vague, but he was patient and answered all of my questions. The price quoted me from Paramount was higher than those from the stores, but within reason; and, since I had them do work for me before, I felt more comfortable having them do it and was therefore willing to pay a little more. I did stick to my budget, however, and the representative made adjustments to the work and materials until we got it under a price I felt comfortable at. The door had to be special ordered and took a little longer than first expected to get in and we had some difficulty working around my schedule and the weather; for the most part, the representative was proactive and consistent about contacting me (we ended up leaving alot of messages for each other), except one Saturday I thought they were coming and they didn't). In the end, they ended up installing on a very hot Saturday. The installation team (two guys) came later in the morning than I expected, and I wish they had called to confirm the appointment a day or two before--especially since we had previously had delays--because I had started to think that they wouldn't make it. When they did arrive, they were courteous and clarified what they would be working on that day. The heat was terrible, but we took it in stride and the door and facie were installed by the end of the day. They cleaned up well inside, but I am still finding nails, screws and other pieces of material from the yard--most likely from tearing down the old gutter. With the new door on, they found that the storm door wouldn't fit back on (the handles ran into each other); the installer explained it to me and suggested I hold off making the payment I was to have given him that day until they cleared up the storm door issue. They came back Monday while I was at work to finish put up the gutters and Wednesday I got a call from my original representative to set up a meeting about the storm door. When he came, he apologized and said that they only did standard storm doors, so I would need to get one from another company (recommending Lowes). He then reduced my remaining bill by almost $300 to cover the cost of getting a new storm door. I was a little less happy with my overall experience than I was for my last job. As mentioned, the appointment wasn't confirmed (like last time), there was some confusion on my part over when the appointment was, and I was suprised that they wouldn't have known that the doors wouldn't have worked together. I still would recommend them, though, because they do make things right in the end; last time I had to have them back once to recaulk my windows a few months after they were installed, and there was no hassle. For me, knowing that they value their repuation helps me to trust them with my home (and my money)."

"I called to get an estimate to get a leak in my roof fixed. When talking to the girl on the phone I asked if they did windows and she said yes. I asked to set up an appointment for both windoes and the roof. Only the window guy ever contacted me.

"The project went very well from start to finish. Contacts with all employees from receptionist to workmen and supervisors was friendly, professional and efficient. Even though the work took longer than expected due to the weather, the attention to detail never faltered. They were very careful with my home and furnishings and cleaned up all of the mess. I would use this company again and would highly recommend them to others."
