"Last thing to do before closing on rental property was wash windows. Two other companies refused to do it because they could not remove the storm windows nor slide them so all windows could be washed in and out. I also could not get them to slide or ...more come out, thats why I hired a professional.
first informed me that he would not be available due to short notice and prior committments. About an hour later, he called back and said he could work me in. I explained about the windows and he said he was aware of that type of window and knew how to remove them. He and his son came out the next day, was able to remove the windows and in no time they were sparkling. He and his son were friendly, professional, courteous, obviously, knew what they were doing.
He charged $150, the least of any others I called. I gave them a healthy tip for coming to my rescue "

"This is the second time (at a one-year interval) that we hired
. The quality of the work from this father-son team is beyond belief. They clean everything meticulously...sills included. The father has been cleaning windows for ...more nearly 40 years, totally loves what he does, and has absolute pride in the quality of his work. I cannot say enough good things about this team. "

"I bought a coupon from Angie's List The Big Deal to have my windows washed, which haven't been done since I moved into my house two years ago.
were punctual, very polite and professional. They immediately donned their plastic booties to cover their shoes and went to work. One of ...more the men had to climb on to the roof to get to my
window, and they worked in tandem and so efficiently, that they were finished in no time. They scrubbed the screens and got all the debris off, especially the upstairs windows, which I couldn't get to. It was a nice touch that they wiped off the window sills. All in all a very pleasant experience, and I will definitely use them again. "
Window Cleaning power washed several decks on my home & a rental property. The quality was so poor I hired a 2nd firm to re-do the power washing. I had
Clening wash my windows after they power washed (before I actually realized just how poor a job they performed ... I "trust" people ...more to do what they say (without checking on them). Even though
Window Cleaning said they would do the window sills, they did not!Responsiveness: They do not appear to be a full-time company. Their responsiveness was slow (but I am never in a hurry, so that was not a problem), and required a couple phone calls to get follow-up info. The female who returned the phone calls seemed nice, so I went with them.Punctuality: Definitely NOT punctual, and
did not call to even say they he was going to be late for the appointment he set with me to perform the tasks!
set an appointment, and did not even show the first time. The 2nd time he set up, he was late, yet did not even call to let me know what was happening, as I waited for him to show for the appointment.
Professionalism: I am not sure
Cleaning (or at least
) understands the word "professionalism". If he did, he would have made phone calls to let me know they would be late OR was not showing at all the one day.
quoted one price for the deck of $250, yet charged me $450.
had a sub-contractor do the power washing, who put me on the spot for the extra money because he was a student and the student informed me informed me that if I did not pay, he (the "student" worker) would be out the money. I reluctantly paid the full amount and placed
Cleaning's name in my "Do NOT Ever Call Again" directory.
SUMMATION: If I have to instruct a company I hire they did a poor job, then they are not a good company! I pay a person to do a job and give me FREEDOM ... if I have to get them to return 2 or 3 times to perform, they I
"I have used this company for at least 10 years, at least once a year. It is owned by Ed and he has used the same assistant for many years. He charges about $10 per window. He is absolutely excellent. I would highly recommend him. His prices are very reasonable, he is very responsive, and his work is great. He is also very fast! "
"It was spotlessly cleaned. The windows got cleaned, everything was done and we were very satisfied. Very respectful to me and my family. They came in the morning on time. It took about five hours working and they kept working steadily throughout."
"There was a little confusion over the start date, which we did work out. Summertime stated that was due to hired help in her office. The two women who came to clean the move in house arrived late and had no idea paint drops & windows were to be included. This is something Summertime & I spoke in depth about since the windows and floors still ...more had some latex paint drops. The women did some vacuuming, moping of floors, wiped sinks, counters and appliances. The emphasis is on the word some. That was it! The only cleaner I saw used was an unidentified liquid in a manual spray pump bottle. The only floor I saw moped was the living room tile floor. Tile floors are throughout except the bedrooms and
room. The move out cleaning was to start at 5 pm sharp, and the buyers walk through at 6pm. Summertime and helper arrived 15 minutes late so the three of us had to clean the house. I was disappointed, but promised a free cleaning the next Friday, but no one showed. No one has called back."
"These guys were excellent workers. They did such a good job; you could not even tell that there was glass in the windows because they were so clean. They worked very hard while they were at our home. They were very polite and friendly. I will continue to use them because they are good. I was really pleased with them."
