"I chose this company after searching on Angie's List. I called and recieved a prompt and pleasant response and scheduled an appointment. On the morning of the appointment, there was some confusion as to what time the plumber was going to arrive, however it was worked out without incident. The old hot water heater was removed and a new one installed. The final price was even less than the quote. Overall we are pleased with the service and results, and we would definately call

"I contacted via email and attached a picture with details of the problem areas around my water heater and mentioned a request for PEX installation in place of the old copper piping. arrived on time the next day and immediately went to work. He began by explaining what, specifically, the problems were with what I had in place and then explained how he planned to fix the problems, which, in turn, would prolong the life of my water heater. I ask lots of plumbing-related questions while he worked and he proved very knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy the conversation. I am a pro-active client and helped where I could. When the job was complete, I asked him some questions about another plumbing project I was working on. Rather than suggest I hire him to do the job, he told me how to do the job and said I'd have no problem handling it. I appreciate the fact that he did not insult my abilities. Overall, was a very down-to-earth professional and never once gave the impression that he was a typical contractor looking to charge more and do less. "

"The team was well supervised, polite and made little intrusion into our lives during this multi-day activity. They coordinated which systems would be removed so as to give us as much HVAC coverage as possible. The Train systems we installed were eligible for a company rebate, as well as a tax credit. We like the systems very much. One system was VERY new, and there was a factory defect, which the company and Train worked aggressively to identify and fix. It now operates as expected. The multi-zone (room) system allows us to have part of the house cooled and part of the house heated. This means the second floor is always the right temperature! The compony worked hard to make us happy and keep us informed. I used them for a tankless water heater install because I trusted them to do it right. The team always left the house after a days work spotless and organized for the next day."

"I was advised during my home inspection to replace the HW heater.
I purchased the 50 electric hot water heater from Lowe's and Dynamic was the assigned installation contractor. The entire job cost just over $600. I had another quote for $1000 from another plummer. , from Dynamic, called me as promised by Lowes and he arrived when he said he would. He was polite and professional and the job was cleaned up and completed in about 2 hours."

"He responded to my original call quickly--I attempted the reset, (did not know that these could be reset)--He arrived the next AM, early, did the diagnostic first, which confirmed that both elements were burned out, offered the possibility of repair, but after he called the warehouse to check on the serial no.--discovered it was way past the original warranty and outdated. My husband told me over the phone he wanted a better heater than the last time, so I went with the 10 year warranty heater that the serviceman offered (one of two)--it cost more, but the warranty was way better than the last heater---he called the shop and had it delivered to my house; then after installing the heater, they hauled the old one away free of charge--very quickly and competently completed, he was polite, friendly and even worked to get me a split payment set up, so I could easily pay the bill!!"

" and his Dad were at my door five minutes before the promised time. The water heater and were installed very quickly and professionally, with copper tubing where needed. also took the time to do some extra work to correct some water heater plumbing mistakes that had been done by someone, years before I bought the house. He didn't charge me a cent for the additional work. When they removed the old unit from my condo, they didn't leave a drop of water or dirt in the kitchen, or on the carpets. It's about a week later as I write, and I'm glad to say that the water heater works great. I couldn't be happier with the American water heater, and with the professional job that did. I'd recommend without hesitation to anyone requiring the services of a top-notch, professional plumber."

"They did locate a 2007 model 74 water heater appropriate for our situation and arranged to install it on Christmas Eve when my husband and I would be home from work. One member of the three-man crew arrived slightly ahead of schedule to start draining our old water heater. They were very careful and neat, and the job was completed in much less than the 4 hours they suggested it would take. I should note that we live on the third floor of a condo complex, and the water heater is located on the upper level of our unit in a storage room that has a miniature door. It was not a installation, and they seemed to do it with ease, and for $600.00 less than the company who installed the original faulty one."

" was amazing. When he found I needed a city inspection permit; he really went to work. He went through all of the red tape for me he started working on this at the end of May and did not finally get it all resolved until about June 29. We tried to go through the State but that would have taken even longer. When he got it worked out, he even went down town himself and bought the permit for me, and saved me from having to pay a huge fine. On top of that he didn't charge me a dime."

"I think he is the contractor we are the most happiest with out of all of the ones we have used. He does extra things like coming by to check on his work after the fact and for free as well. Most guys do not do that. We have used him for three years now for various jobs."
