"I came home to find that my dog seemed sick, and I noticed that he had a serious rash on his lower abdomen with a lot of broken pustules, and red, irritated skin. It looked horrible. I called the vet to see if I could get an appointment. She tried to get me one for the next day, but the only times that she offered was during my work day and I wasn't able to get off work. Since, it was only after 5 and they don't close until 7 I asked if I can come in and see the vet. She said no, because they are booked and told me to take the dog to the ER. I told her that I cannot afford the ER, and asked if I could just come in and if someone could just take 5-10 minutes to take a look at my dog to see if its an emergency or if he can wait until tomorrow for an appointment. She said no because they close at 7. So, for a sick animal they can't wait and close 5 minutes late? I asked to speak to the vet, and she said no and that she can only take a message. I tried to speak to my regular vet, but they said that he was gone and only the female vet was here. I told them that I'm coming in anyway, and the vet can tell me to my face (and my dogs face) that she won't help an animal. Would they really turn away an animal in need in front of other clients? When I came in I asked to speak to the vet, they told me to wait. This was at around 5:45. And there was one person with the vet, and one in the waiting room. Two patients, to me that doesn't seem very booked up.They staff was cold and rude, and would whisper to themselves and look over at me. At around seven the vet finally saw me. The whole visit took less than 10 minutes. All she did was look my dog over, take his temp, and give him antibiotics. Turns out he had a bacterial infection of the skin and a slight fever. During the check out the staff was cold and very un-friendly. They charged me 120 dollars for a walk in visit, and 80 dollars for the antibiotics. I left at 7:06, I guess it must have been extremely hard for them to stay an extra 6 minutes. A vet clinic is suppose to help pets, for them to be so rude and not care about an animal's well-being is shocking. All because they didn't want to stay 6 minutes past their closing time. "

"The doctor was very professional, knowledgeable, good with handling the cat and performing the tests. The office did a follow-up call the next day to see how the drops were working and if she was getting better. The call was a surprise and we really appreciated their genuine show of concern for her health. She is now doing great and completely recovered."

"
Virginia Beach Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
is just an excellent Vet, he does a wonderful job. This is a first come first serve basis, he doesn't make appointments which I like. He has had the same assistant for as long as I have gone there; which I think says a lot."

"I use a lady vet and she does a very good job with my dog. Actually, she does a terrific job. They are definitely indeed caring and my dog does not resist going there at all. It is hard to say a charge. I mean they really do not charge that much considering that you may need shots and stuff too. They also do grooming and kenneling for me as well."

"They have a very good vet clinic. They are very good and I am very pleased with their service. I feel like their service is the best ever. I am not sure about the charges. It always varies and everything. They also have insurance plans as well. They never seem to be too high. They are probably just about as average as everyone else is."

"They do everything here from teeth cleaning to check ups. I do not recall the charge for this but they do offer sales for like teeth cleaning and different things. This last time they did a great job and now my cats are good for two years. They are very caring and very outstanding. They are a little pricey."

"This veterinarian is excellent and they have very flexible hours. They will even make house calls if needed. The whole staff is very helpful and I would definitely recommend them to others."

"I rushed my cat in and he was immediately taken back for diagnostic testing. Dr
Virginia Beach Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
kept me appraised of every detail and called frequently to report on his condition. She was conservative with therapy at first, not wanting to perform surgery unless necessary. Finally, when it was clear that he had to have the surgery, she gave me a good estimate. She did a wonderful job on the surgery and set up weekend veterinary care for him. She even called on Monday to make sure he was doing okay. Finally,
