"The price and quality were excellent. Trees were removed and area was cleaned. It is hard to even tell where the trees were. Unfortunately someone from the crew decided to take produce from my daughter's garden. Owner became belligerent on the phone when I called to discuss the situation. They kept trying to tell me that they hit the produce with a branch as they were dragging it to the street. The only problem with that is that the garden is not in a path that would have been used. I also found it odd that the only produce that was "knocked off" was ripe. None of the not ready to be picked produce "fell" off. The "knocked off" produce also ended up in their truck. Owner said he sent the kid back to college early, but I was not looking for anyone to be fired. Still find it hard to believe that a crew of about 8 to 10 people did not see him taking it and say something about it. I have not found anything else missing so far, but I did have to explain to my 9 year old daughter that the stuff in her garden was gone because someone took it. All in all they do great work, and hopefully this was an isolated incident; however, because of the owner's response on the phone and trying to say it was not stolen I can not recommend this company."

"I filled a report with the city about my dissatisfaction with their service. They replied to the city - I have no comment on what they told the city. Check with the appropriate agency in Virginia Beach. I would never use them again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. I don't intend to discuss this further."

"Professional job from what I can tell. Arrived when scheduled and cleaned up afterwards. Trees were in a wooded area and so I didn't need the stumps removed. My neighbor had several trees removed at the same time with the stumps ground out. They did a good job at both houses, with very little wood chips remaining. They schedule a couple of weeks out, at least this time of year. They called a couple of days ahead of time to offer to come a day early because they happen to have equipment in the area. I didn't need to be home for them to work because they had easy access to the trees."
