"I've never had anything bad happen to my dogs. They are always punctual, having the dogs ready when they say they will be. The approximate cost is to have one Schnauzer groomed; bathing, clipping, ear cleaning-the whole grooming process. I think their price is very reasonable, less expensive than another company known to have lower prices."

"I have nothing but the highest praise for the staff. At one point one of the cats was in intensive care and Dr. came in over the weekend to check on her. Their fees are a little on the high side, but I feel well worth the money. I like that they now have a web site where you can make appointments and grooming appointments. , the groomer, is also excellent with our one cat that gets groomed!"

"We are very satisfied with the work done by . However, they conducted a fairly significant rate increase for services and did not discuss this with us when we called to set up the appointment so we experienced some sticker shock when we arrived to pick up our pet. Also, I have used them several times and they are occassionally chaotic (I had a 0900 appointment but our dog was not ready to come home until after 4pm so he spent all day there locked in a kennel when he could've been home with us)."
