has a fantastic bedside manner - patient, good sense of humor, very understanding and knows pretty much everything. He's great about answering questions via email when possible (using the cool Sentara MyChart website). My kids (and my husband and I) love him. We are very thankful that he's our doctor!

I felt they staff did not undestand my childs condition and misread her chart, therefore misdiagnosing her condition. They overprescribed steriods and prescriptions to a 4 year old. Half of the time, I wasnt even able to get my child in front of a pediatrician, but rahter a nurse practioner. I felt they rushed us through our appointments and when I asked a few questions, they labeled the visit as more than just a "well child visit" or "sick child visit" and I had to pay more. I felt they nickle and dimmed for my daughters care. I have since switched pediatricians and would never allow my child to go back.

They are very responsive to your needs. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I haven't had any problems getting an appointment. I have always gotten a same-day appointment.

I have always liked this practice. My son was cared for by two other groups prior to us coming here. We changed insurances and were automatically given this practice. I decided to try them out instead of changing back to the previous group (with whom I was not as pleased). My son's physician is Dr.

. He is great, personable and easy to talk with. I only have had one complaint which occurred this fall. I was not allowed to bring my son into the office for a flu shot until he got his yearly physical. They told me it was their policy. Because of scheduling difficulties for myself, husband and their practice, my son did not get his flu shot until December. I felt that was late in the season for the most effective protection. Otherwise, their office is efficiently run and generally we have been seen in a timely fashion. I recommend this practice for good primary pediatric care.
