"Geoff had been referred to me by a co-worker who has used his services and been very pleased with the results. Unlike several other contractors I had attempted to contact, he was extremely responsive. He showed up promptly for the estimate appointment, quickly provided a detailed and reasonably priced estimate for the various repairs, and arrived right on time each day of the repairs. I have had enough experience with home repairs that I was not surprised by a couple of "bumps in the road" he encountered when tackling the repairs. When this occurred, before moving forward, Geoff would contact me and explain the situation (usually waiting until I could get home from work to show me exactly what the problem was) then walk me through a recommendation and adjust the estimate accordingly. I felt the additional adjustments were fair and appropriate...I did not feel like he was taking advantage of the situation.
He originally estimated a timetable of 4 days to complete the work. He showed up promptly every day, and while the timetable extended by one day, it was not due to his lack of diligence but rather the few surprises that were discovered along the way that needed to be addressed.
Geoff did a very good job cleaning up each day (anyone who has had drywall work done knows it is impossible to keep things clean with all of the dust), removed all debris, and kept me informed of his progress.
Overall, this was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with a contractor. Finding one that is trustworthy, competent, conscientious and fair can be a real challenge, but I would not hesitate to recommend 
to friends, family or neighbors, and I will certainly use Geoff's services in the future."

"I wish that I could give them an A+. Out experience was fantastic. We met with and talked to him about our budget and our vision for a new kitchen.
We wanted to removed the wall between the kitchen and the family room. We also wanted to move the , microwave, and fridge to new locations, replace the 40 year-old cabinets and counter-tops, and put in a new floor. We also filled in a door and widened a door.
We talked about ways to make our vision realistic within our budget. We decided to do all of the demolition ourselves. took time to come out and give us advice during our demolition. Once we were ready his guys came in and worked dilligently. and are artists! They installed the cabinets perfectly and they look great. They were polite, professional, and cleaned up everyday. They worked quickly and I was amazed at how fast the cabinets went in.
The team that did the electrical work and plumbing were also great. They did a great job and were willing to come back to double check when a technician made a mistake.
The whole process was so smooth. There were a couple of very small hiccups, but quickly fixed everything that came up.
I also appreciated that made our kitchen what we wanted it to be. He did not try to talk us into something that he wanted. He listened to our ideas and made the design exactly what we asked for. He would give us his advice when we asked for it. But when we knew what we wanted, he would listen and make it happen. We got everything that we wanted in our kitchen.

"Our origional 1960's went out. We decided to remodel the kitchen and at the same time replace our old furnace and window a/c units with central air. We wanted it done in a timely fashion. We got three different estimates and found to be the best bang for our buck. Also the only one who promised to get this project done in 30 days.
We had the old ceramic floor removed to the sub floor and new tile installed. The old cabinets were removed along with the walls behind the sink and . left no mess when his demolition work was complete.
Custom cabinets were in place in no time and granite tops and backsplash were installed almost immediately after the cabinets The old furnace was removed and all new furnace, ducts and central air conditioning was installed.
was here almost every day. He and his workers were reliable, honest, friendly and overall just a good bunch to do business with. Even with a few hiccups managed to make our experience as painless as possible and he got our project done in the 30 day time frame.
We would highly reccommend him to others.

" was recommended to me by a neighborhood friend. lives in our neighborhood and I felt that was a great plus. He responded in a timely manner to my request for a meeting to discuss building our new deck and porch. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to sway me away from my original thoughts about the new construction. Within two days he was back with the tenative plans professionally drawn up and with the estimate. I have to be completely honest here..I was so impressed with the way that presented himself that I did not even get another answer. I found him, and over time have continued to find him, dedicated to his craft and honest and concerned about his clients. Please consider using 's company for any re-modeling or new construction plans you have. You will NOT be disappointed!"

"This is a fantastic company! , Jr. was very open to some special requests I had regarding the new fixtures for the baths. He worked with me and gave me some good ideas regarding design and fixtures when I wasn't sure what to do. During the work, , Jr. constantly asked me if I were pleased with the work and to point out any mistakes or things that needed to be fixed. His workmen laid down drop cloths every time they came to work in our house in order to protect our carpet. He finished the work on time. If there were delays in the work, the lost time was made up as soon as possible. The longer I use our new bathrooms the more pleased I am with them. I would definitely hire this company again.

"I received a number of estimates for a kitchen remodel for several years before deciding to go with and . I found him via Angie's List and his reports were outstanding from previous customers. After placing a call for a consultation and estimate , , the owner, was prompt coming out. His polite, professional presence along with his ideas and a reasonable estimate working with my budget, sealed the deal. Start date to completion was followed almost precisely by a time line he had created prior to start date and delayed only briefly by the company that I chose to do the hardwood floor install. Work crews that visited the home throughout the remodel were allowed to enter and leave as needed. I never felt a need to be present unless decisions were to be made, as I trusted their work ethics and never had any issues. Plumbing and electrical crews were also professional and polite. This is not your average company, it is quality throughout. It has now been 7 months since the project was completed and I have had many compliments and zero regrets which says a lot for someone with high expectations who waited over 2 years for the right company . It is a family owned business , including , his lovely wife who manages the office and his son who performs much of the work. The completed kitchen remodel met and exceeded all my expectations. Beautiful, on budget and truly stress free! This is a company that makes me a believer to continue my subscription with Angie's List!!"

"They were very professional and we had confidence on their skill and ability. Their quote wasn't what we wanted. We found someone who was also professional and far cheaper. For us, it just seemed the price was more than we wanted to pay. They were timely too. "

" In choosing our cabinets and countertops the designer at was extremely pleasant and helpful. She spent as much time as we needed going over all our options. We felt very comfortable with the company right away. The designer and foreman came to our home and measured everything out before giving us a final price. After our choice of materials had come in, the designer and work foreman met with us at our home and laid out the work schedule with us and for us. I especially liked that they gave us tips for living without a kitchen for the work period. They kept to that schedule and the major part of the work was done when they said it would be done. Basically one day for demolition (and they took away all old material with them), one day for plumbing work and wall repair and priming, and one day for cabinet installation. And finally one day for installing kitchen and bathroom countertops, final plumbing, and HVAC reinstallation of the microwave. The work crew members all were very professional. They arrived on time and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Since we weren't having the floors replaced they took special care not to or scratch the existing floor. And they laid cardboard down to their pathway outside so that the carpets would be protected. They were very pleasant to have around and went out of their way to accommodate us. Their plumber went the extra mile to fix an existing water line to the outside that was plugged. We are extremely pleased with the choice we made in going with this company and we would recommend them highly to anyone looking for remodeling work."

His price was reasonable, his quotation was professionally delivered, and he keeps his workspace immaculately clean. He showed up diligently and completed the job promptly. In short, the project could have not gone more smoothly. For value and service, is tops."
