"They have an in-ground swimming pool, nice running areas, and large kennel spaces similar to a small village. During the Christmas stay, they offered a festive spirit. They interact extremely well with my animal. I truly want my pet to stay in a quality, place while I am away. At an additional cost, my dog can have hot meals and be bathed during the stay."

Six days after picking them up from boarding, one of our dogs developed kennel cough. They would not let us in ...more the building for an exam (conducted it on the sidewalk in front of the practice) and then charged us for the medication to treat the illness contracted there. At least they did not charge for the ''office'' (sidewalk) visit. We won't change vets over this grievance, but we are very disappointed and may not board there again."
