"My garage door was sticking, jerking rather violently when I opened it. Precision came out and correctly diagnosed the issue which was that the previous homeowners had painted the door and the stripping around the door so whenever it was hot the paint became tacky. My opener was on the path to being burned out. The technician gave me option to replace all the stripping or replace the entire door. With the tax credit it made more sense to replace the entire door with an insulated door. The work was done on time and my garage is much warmer. I appreciate the fact that the technician was honest and straight forward - he did not try to sell me the most expensive garage door they had. The installers showed up on time and the installation was completed in a timely manner. The people who work for this company are all very professional and very pleasant to deal with. I will definetely use them again."

"Absolutely first class operation. If there was an A+ they would get an A+ all the way down the line. They are prompt and responsive. They came out and did the estimate and went through everything. My wife went over to the company and got more of a tutorial on doors. They bent over backwards to get us on the right track and to make sure we had the right doors at the right price. When they came out here it was absolutely totally prompt, very polite and very professional. Always wanting to make sure everything was going ok and that we didn?t have any problems. They followed up constantly. It?s a great operation. I

"They were $100 cheaper than anybody else. My experience with them was fantastic. They needed an over sized spring and the guy who came out realized that the other guys had put in the wrong spring. He put an over sized spring for no extra charge. The quote that they gave us was great. They provided fast service. They were in and out of here and had it done in probably 45 minutes. They were experts since they recognized that the spring that was there was too small for a garage door. Their professionalism and level of expertise was obviously good compared to the company that had done the work before. Their punctuality was the reason why I went with them because the company that did the work before couldn?t get back to me for two days, but came back the same day I called."

"Overall this was one of the best experiences I've had with any repair company. I saw on Angie's list that doors had a great rating so I called. answered in the second ring, I explained that I was having problems programming my remotes and that the door needed repair. She then said "let me save you some money" and told me how to program the remotes. I thanked her and told her if it was ok, I'd rather have show me so I could figure out what I was doing wrong. She was very understanding and said that would be able to help me. asked if I needed someone that day because it would probably be later in the afternoon before anyone would be able to come out. I told her that Thursday would be fine. said that the repairman ( ) had several jobs before mine but would probably be here by 2:00. She then said that if he was delayed, she would call me and let me know.
showed up a little before 2:00. This was after he had called to see if I was home. I missed the call and he showed up anyway. He got right to work on the door and had the pulley connected in less then 10 minutes. He explained everything he was doing while he was doing it. After that he oiled all the hinges and tracks with WD40 and tightened the spring. He explained that this needed to be done at least once or twice a year in order to keep the door moving smoothly. I then noticed that the weather stripping (he called it something else) on the right side of the door was letting light in. I mentioned it and explained that the stripping on both sides of the door need to be moved in closer in order to be effective. He warned me that due to how the frame had been covered that this would expose a small amount of the original wood and that it might look messy. I told him I'd rather have a good seal. He also pointed out that the stripping at the bottom of the door was ripped in some places and, overall, in bad shape. I told him that we might as well get that replaced along with the sides. He also suggested that if I had an old garden hose, that I should slide it in to the stripping on the bottom in order to keep it from going flat. Then we started on the remotes. He showed me exactly what I needed to do in order to program my remotes. It turned out that 2 of the remotes were defective but the 3rd one worked like a charm. He said the spring need to be tightened about 18 months. I think he noticed that I was less than happy at the thought of trying to remember to schedule because he said that had a maintenance contract and for $50.00 a year, would keep track of scheduling and call me. I said sign me up. We then started talking about the bill, which originally came to $99.00. asked if he could call and when they talked, they said since I wanted the maintenance contract that the visit was reduced to $50.00. This covered the work done *and* the maintenance contract. We scheduled the next visit (for the weather stripping work) for next week. I will definitely continue to use and I would recommend to anyone needed garage door installation or repair."

"They called us back promptly and the person answering the phone suggested some steps we might take to correct the problems. We didn't manage to fix the problem ourselves so they came out the next day exactly when they were scheduled to come, fixed all problems promptly including one we hadn't even mentioned - the door was slightly crooked and had a small gap at the bottom when closed. They were pleasant and professional. We were very pleased with their service."
