The man said yes the test matches the dealer. I bought the battery in April of 2009 and it is an 84 month battery. The guy said since it has been five years it is prorated which I understood. The guy gave me a prorated price of 95.00. My original battery cost 83.00. The prorated price was on the cost of the battery price now. I didn't get a new battery, for two reason:1. I am on one paycheck a month: 2.I asked if I could get a credit on a battery that was not an 84 since the car is 11 and may be getting rid of in a year or so. I was told no it had to be on the same battery. To say after all the trouble and cost from the dealer test for this battery, I learned a warranty on a battery that supposed last 84 months (7 years) and is short by 2 years, really 3 when all this issue started is worthless. Like the guy said I was lucky to get 5 years off a battery that is suppose to last 7 years. I am not sure maybe it is just me but if I buy something for a time period I want it to work that long or real close. I have to say the battery that came with the car lasted 6 years before it had problems.

Received a very reasonable quote for a specific set of 4 new tires, alignment, and installation (specifically asked for full quote, including tax and any disposal fees!), They said they'd have the tires for me later on that day.
I sent my husband to have the work done and they charged him over $100 what they quoted (but then so "generously" gave him a $40 military discount). When I was quoted the employee told me he'd drawn the paperwork up and it was ready with my price, so my husband and I hadn't discussed what the price was supposed to be.
Calling back that evening, a different employee said he couldn't help, but would call the employee who'd quoted me the price and figure out what happened, and they'd be in touch with me first thing in the morning. I called 2 days in a row after that and left messages both times, and I've yet to receive a call back over 2 weeks later.
The work they did was fine, but I wouldn't have driven 20 extra miles from home just to end up paying more than the local place here quoted. Horrible customer communications and I will never do business with them again.

Virginia Beach Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
is amazing. I rarely leave reviews anywhere, but this is one place I felt the need to let everyone know about. I have always taken my Volvo to the dealer, but decided to take try
Virginia Beach Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
because it's literally in my neighborhood. I will NEVER go any place else.
Virginia Beach Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
goes above and beyond in their customer service. In addition, A big point to me is they never try to pressure me into unneeded services. That said, if they notice something wrong during the routine care they will let me know and let me know if and when it requires repair. Prices at
Virginia Beach Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
are more than competitive, they beat everyone I compared them with on a new set of tire and as a single mom of every penny counts. Being a single female, I am not always comfortable when it comes to car care, I am a nurse not a mechanic.... and from the moment I walk in or call,
Virginia Beach Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
makes me feel right at home. I cannot say enough good about this company!! Thank you
Virginia Beach Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
, you've won my business!

The lady I spoke with at the front counter was very knowledgeable and friendly to do with. Too often you find people hardened by the insanity this ludicrous industry brings. Not here though. Good place, decent speed of service.
Even today when I went in there to get a reason why my wiper blades were falling apart, she was quick to respond and brought my previous ticket up showing that my blades had not been replaced, but not try to sell me on options just simply tried to help.

I had an appointment scheduled at 8:00 a.m. I arrived on time, the service staff acknowledged my arrival, very friendly. It took nearly 10 minutes before I was checked in, as two people were before me. Following that, I waited for up to 40 minutes before my car was taken back for service. I was only there for a high mileage oil change. As I anticipated, with any auto service on a 10-year old car, my car was also given a courtesy service check. I was told I also needed new rear tires (which is their specialty) in the future. The mech showed me the areas of wear. I was convinced. The mechanic also informed me that a battery diagnostic test was done and the results indicated that I would need a battery replacement soon. He gave me a ticket with the results. The ticket indicated the diagnostic test was done at 8:07 a.m. My car was not checked in until after 8:40 a.m. Either their computer's clock was off or I was given someone else's diagnostics. So that was the only discrepancy of the service that day. Otherwise, I would still recommend Firestone for their courtesy and quality service.

The staff at
Virginia Beach Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
was quite polite and friendly. The facility is very neat and clean. They inspected the damaged tire, as well as the other tires on the car, checked the alignment, and changed the oil and filter. Cost: $36.42. They found that my tires were under inflated, and the tread worn. They gave me options as to how many tires to replace, and recommended brands of tires. I compared the tire recommendations to those of a well-known consumer testing service. The tires they recommended were highly rated, and I elected to replace all four. The tires were mounted and balanced, and the spare reinstalled in the car

The car was returned to me clean and vacuumed, with a bag of popping corn and a thank you card on the passenger seat.

had advised that I could probably find cheaper options at big box stores. Having gone that route before, I chose to use them. Cost of the labor, parts, tire disposal and tax: $567.86. About a week after the service was done, I received a note thanking me for choosing their company.

I was hearing a loud noise and thought it was my muffler.
Virginia Beach Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
took me right in and immediately said that it definitely wasn't my muffler. After driving it, the technician said it was my back left wheel bearing. Sure enough that's what it was and within 45 minutes, they had the part and had me back on the road. I hadn't planned on spending so much, but the service was great and they were super friendly to me and 8 month old and 4 year old.

They are rated very highly in the area. It is like a one stop shop place. I use higher quality synthetic oil so I pay a little more. I've dealt with them for seven years and I would recommend everything about them. They always let me know what's happening and they don't say that I need $800 worth unless they really feel that way. They give me choices and they will tell me what is going on with my car and they will give me a short term and long term projection on what will happen. They give me options and it is not a pressure option; they just tell me what I can expect and they are usually right. I take all four of my vehicles to them. I wouldn't use someone for seven years with four cars if they were not good.
