"Phone salesperson was pleasant and professional and quoted a price in the 400.00 range. When the technician arrived he surveyed the job and began installation. Nine hours later the job was completed and I was presented with a $1,000.00 bill which I paid because the tech did a good job. I asked the tech to have the salesperson call me to discuss the discrepancy in the price of the job. I have yet to hear from him and it's been four days since. If you use this company, have them come out to the job first, give you a price, and if you are happy with the quote, fine. Like I said, they dud a good job and I was satisfied with their work."

and an apprentice came out, calling first to let us know when they would be there. Took care of the problems quickly, and explained clearly what they were doing. Other repairmen had told me the horrid noise my dishwasher was making was the pump going so I held off fixing it and had to listen to it screech for 7 months. diagnosed it as a valve issue and it took minutes and a lot less money to fix. Use since I have a and they are an authorized service company. Only issue is the $69 diagnostic fee on top of labor and parts- that seems high. Overall very happy with them and will use again."

"Great experience from start to finish. is a small, family business. From the time I scheduled my appointment by phone, everything went smoothly. They were able to give me a two hour window on the day I was available. The repairman showed up right on time, rapidly identified the problem, had the necessary part, and was out the door in less than an hour.
He also took the time to explain the advantages of a home warranty, which unfortunately I didn't already have -- I do now!

"Problem started two days before Thanksgiving. Maytag washing machine tub would not rotate during wash and spin cycles. We called our regular repairman (whose rating on Angie's List had dropped)who told us it would be at least a week before he could get over. We checked Angie's List and selected due to his high rating and being fairly close. The experience was positive from the start. Mr. took the service call himself telling my wife that he could not fixed it prior to Thanksgiving, but would arrive between 0900-1100 in the morning the day after Thanksgiving. He arrived at 0910 the day after Thanksgiving and had isolated and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. He even gave me a to clean the inside of the machine before putting it back together again."

"We realized that our fridge/freezer was broken at 6:00 pm one night. After taking our food to a neighbors house we called that night. I was expecting to leave a message and was surprised to speak to someone and get an appointment for the next day. They came out, diagnosed the problem. Got the part and fixed our refrigerator that same afternoon. He was friendly, courteous, professional and even answered a barrage of questions from my 5 year old about what he was doing. We would not hesitate to use him again."

"It was an overall excellent experience. He showed up on time and arrived within 30 minutes of my initial call. He actually had diagnosed the problem over the phone before he arrived, and proved right on his diagnosis when he got here. He had done within 15 minutes of arriving. It was superior service all together. If you need appliance repair, there is only one guy to call! (don't even bother calling anyone else!) I already have him scheduled for another repair job in the near future."
