First, it was the horrendous handling of my order and installation that took 6 weeks to get done with no contact or assistance from anyone on the

Two weeks later.......still no call. I called the store and again told my story and they promised I would be contacted. I was not.

We called

and made an appointment. The guy in charge of contracting services came out. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I have read on other sites that

charges, or used to charge, a service fee for this but we were not charged nor asked to pay a service fee. The quote was quite a bit less than the others we had gotten, using the same brand and product line . The job was sub-contracted out, but we were assured that they only used contractors that are highly rated.
Everything went like clockwork. The roofing materials were delivered a few days before work was to begin. The dumpster was delivered the day before the workers were supposed to be there. The next day, the workers arrived promptly at 7 a.m. and stayed with it until dark(around 9pm). They returned the next day to finish the work. My husband was able to check on their progress and technique and was very impressed with the care and attention made. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards and the dumpster was removed the next day.
A month later, we had a very heavy rainstorm and had a leak. To be fair, the leak occurred where an addition to the house was made and was at a difficult spot. We made a call to

and the contractor's head guy came out the very next day and made further revisions to the flashing. There was no leaking anywhere else, including the fireplace. We have not had any more leaks since.
Overall, we were very pleased with the whole process and our roof looks great!
