"
did a wonderful job. He asked that we pick out framing at store and he would work with whatever was picked out. We had removed outdated" lights from the kitchen ceiling and added canned lights which created the need to frame around opening where skylights came in. He also removed the trash compactor and installed a new cabinet door which looks/functions great. Very happy with provider and would definitely use again in future.

"
arrived when he said he was going to, did what he said he was going to do and kept us informed the whole time. I never felt that he was" doing what he wanted, but instead he made sure he understood our needs and ideas as he went along. We are thrilled with the outcome and how it matches the house and if not for the new wood framing, looks like it's been there for years! I highly recommend
and he'll be first on my list to call should I need something done. The overall project took about a week longer to complete than originally expected, some of which was due to weather (rain & excessive heat). Due to the location of the deck in relation to the driveway, the yard around the deck was torn up pretty bad. I don't think there was anything that could have been done to change that, as the weather we have had this summer made the yard very soft, so when the wood framing, decking, railings, etc. were delivered the weight of the materials sitting on the soft ground for weeks caused some damage. While it's a slight hassle to restore the yard, I'd do it again without question to get the same outcome.

Carpentry/woodworking

Finish carpenters can design, build and install woodwork structures in your house to enhance the quality and adorn the attractive appearance of your home. There carpenters can complete several different jobs for new homes or remodeling of an existing house.

Baseboards and molding

Baseboards and molding serve a practical function -- covering up the space where walls and floors join, as well as protecting the wall from scuffs and dents. But they also provide a decorating opportunity.

You need a general contractor - prefereably one who specializes in additions, because you have excavation, waterproofing, concrete, concrete cutting, carpentry, door and window, etc trades to coordinate.

The cost will depend a great deal on your topography around the house - if the base of the window will be above ground level at least 6 inches, then could run about $500 for a legal egress window purchase and about $1000-2000 for installation, depending on how deep into the concrete you have to cut.

If the bottom of the window will be below ground level, then to call it a bedroom (which mandates legal sized second egress and usauully at least one window)  then you will have two choices - bring it out into a solid watertight concrete storm cellar with collar to keep water out, stairs, and and weather and bug-tight cellar door that is inward-opening, which means a lot of space for stairs and landings top and bottom, or bring it out into an oversized window well at least 36 inches in diameter, and with steps to ground level, with adequate drainage and waterproofing to keep it dry. Either way, sometimes about as easy to put in an outside door as a window, and might raise property value more. Cost from $2-5,000 depending on how deep into concrete wall you have to dig, whether concrete wsall needs reinforcing with steel frame because of the depth of cut, how easy the digging is, and what your water conditions are near the foundation. The last thing you want to do is create an easy water or vermin ingress with your egress.

Dictated by Federal LAW , you will need a Licensed and EPA Certified HVAC Contractor

to make such repairs . In fact , by law , ONLY A licenesed HVAC contractor can buy or install

said eguipment , NOT A handyman nor general contractor !

YES , You should have an A.C. sleeve surrounding the through the wall unit . These sleeves will usually accompany NEW products , either as a package or an add on equipment purchase.

Contact a Licenesed PROFFESSIONAL at once !

It depends on what type of ramp you need. If it is built out of wood you could look for a carpenter or a deck company. If you are looking for a concrete ramp a mason would be what you are looking for. There are also metal ramps and I believe some medical supply companies may carry them or be able to steer you in the right direction. As for insurance coverage I am not sure. You may have coverage and would be best talking to your agent. Depending on why you need this ramp there may even be programs through your local government or even some of the local charities might help. It might be a project a local Scout Troop might help out on.

The process was very easy. We told

our ideas and he incorporated the good ones and explain why others wouldn't work. He transformed our small space into a beautiful new area.

The men arrived on time; in fact a little early. They removed top

of the old wood and discovered everything under it had rotted. Because of this, they had to remove all the wood down to the insulation. They were very professional and did an excellent job. The wood was replaced with a higher quality wood, so hopefully this won't happen again. It was a lot bigger job than was anticipated.

This is the second time I've used
Cheyenne Carpenters Provider Name Locked
. The first time was for interior painting. Both times

came over promptly to give me an estimate, and both times his men arrived on time and even finished the jobs ahead of schedule. When he sent Hispanic workers, the man in charge always spoke English. All the men were friendly and efficient.

I will definitely use

again, and highly recommend them.

They cut out the rotten floorboards and replaced them with new wood, making a perfect fit into the remaining original wooden flooring. They also took off all the rotten railings and spindles and replaced them with composite material which looks better than the wood originals and better yet, will never need repainting or repair. Lastly, the rotten wooden columns were removed and replaced with tapering fiberglass columns which look identical to the wooden originals but are permanent and will never rot or need repainting or repair. Because my house was built in 1870, most surfaces are uneven and nothing is exactly level, but
Cheyenne Carpenters Provider Name Locked
worked with the wood so that it all looks picture perfect. When I was taking too long to decide on what style railings and spindles I wanted,
Cheyenne Carpenters Provider Name Locked
sent me specific examples, and when I couldn't figure out the columns, he found exactly what I had described. All work was done expertly and timely. As important as the quality of the work was the reasonableness of the cost;

's bid was literally a fraction of the competing bids. Best of all, the entire crew was friendly, pleasant, and immaculate.

They are excellent! They finished our house today, and we are so appriciative of the quality of work. It looks so beautiful! The detail of the work is what made our house really stand out. Every part of the project went smoothly. We loved the access to
Cheyenne Carpenters Provider Name Locked
and his team of workers. Everytime we called them they answered, making it very easy to communicate with them, which was huge for us. Our project was big and complicated and they did it in true A+ quality. I would recommend anyone to use them for first rate workmanship. I believe you pay more to get more. The best part is

Our experience with
Cheyenne Carpenters Provider Name Locked
was excellent. He had terrific design ideas right from the start. During the project, if a problem popped up (as they always do), he offered efficient and clear solutions. The work was started on schedule. The job lasted for the estimated amount of time. Nick and his crew did a great job protecting the good parts of our apartment and sealing off dust from others. Nick works with a group of sub-contractors who we found helpful and responsive. The quartzite counter has been a big hit. The sub-contractor picked out the stone for us, cut it nicely, and installed it very well. He even carried up four flights of stairs so it could be installed as one large piece rather than cut it to fit in the elevator.

was very professional and informative. My husband (a contractor) appreciated his knowledge, and expertise. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and the city inspector signed off each step in the process. The price for the new roof and needed repairs was very fair. We are very happy with the end result! We highly recommend

and his crew and would definitely use his services again.

was pleasant to speak with but was completely unreliable. Could never be counted on to show up when he said he would. Sent several different crews to our house whenever he felt like it without notice and after several weeks of no one showing up, a new crew just barged into my bedroom early in the morning unannounced. In the end he just stopped showing up for the job despite his constant promises and left several tasks incomplete and left his equipment cluttered around my house. We fired him and had someone else complete the job. He left owing us $5000 and although he signed an addendum to the agreement saying that he would pay us back the full amount, he has yet to pay a dime in over 2 months. He lied an claimed he had put a check in the mail over a month ago.
Never trust anything he says!!
