"They never gave us a courtesy call. When we went there, there was a physician's assisant. Took a cat scan and mri copy with us to give them. They PA just said" maybe over here maybe over there, we can guess that, they had no clue. Very unprofessional. When the nurse called it was supposed to be with a Dr.
, not a physician's assistant. Very upsetting experience.

-Chong S.

"Excellent care, very busy practice but expected when a good job is performed. No need to go out of town for orthopedic services with Dr.
and his staff in the area.

-Arthur A.

Sounds like you should be pursuing a disability claim.  Also, you could speak to your previous doctor frankly about your concerns.
Have they made orthotics for your shoes that distribute your weight better?

Whoops - I just realized that you may have been looking for Angie's List information on providers outside your home market. To see information on providers that aren't in your home Angie's List chapter, you can elect to pay a small addditional fee (generally about $15 to $20) to add another city's Angie's List to your existing memember.

Hello, this is Kyle K from the Member Care Department.

I apologize for my delay. I apologize, but orthopedic surgeons fall under our Orthopedics category which is included in the Health list. Currently, you're enrolled in our Basic membership which only includes access to our Home list.
If you'd like to upgrade your membership to the Plus or Premium plan, we'll be happy to assist you with this search. If interested, give us a call at 1.888.944.5478 and we'll take care of this adjustment. Again, I do apologize for any misunderstanding.

Thanks for writing! - Kyle K

This is James W. with Member Care. Thanks for posting your question.

It looks like when you signed up online on 8/5/2014, that you accidentally joined our greater Portland chapter instead of our Salem/Corvallis chapter that your zip code falls under. I have transferred your subscription to that chapter, so you will now have access to the correct area.

I hope this information helps! Please let me know if I can assist further. You can respond to this thread or submit a new Answers post. You can also reach us at 1-866-783-2980. We're open weekdays from 8:00 am - 9:00 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ET.

Thanks again!

Orthopedic reviews in Martinsburg

Highly recommend them! They were fantastic! When his body rejected the material, they were wonderful the second time around. For a non-pleasant experience, they made it as pleasant as it could be!

I called and after a very complicated phone directory (must listen and get right division of this huge practice) I saw
Martinsburg Orthopedic Surgeons Provider Name Locked
A. Krafczyk, M.D. and he was great! He put me through several movements and then reviewed the MRI and x/
Martinsburg Orthopedic Surgeons Provider Name Locked
they took (MRI was done through local hospital)---He told me I had a "slight" tear in my rotator cuff. (not torn completely) and suggested a cortisone shot and therapy. I asked him if the shot would help it heal or was only for pain. He said it would not affect the healing of the tear. I told him I didn't want the cortisone shot and he said, "That's fine" and told me that he wanted to go by my feelings on the recovery. They have their own physical therapy place in this building but I said I wanted to go to GOOD
Martinsburg Orthopedic Surgeons Provider Name Locked
after seeing all the lines for their areas and we have a location of Good
Martinsburg Orthopedic Surgeons Provider Name Locked
close to my home. HE said he was fine with that and no reason I had to go to their own facility. (This was a relief after the experience my husband had with an other surgeon years ago).
After going to Good
Martinsburg Orthopedic Surgeons Provider Name Locked
for 6 weeks of training and rehabbing the muscle I returned to Dr Krafxqyk . He put me through several movements again measured me and read the report from Good
Martinsburg Orthopedic Surgeons Provider Name Locked
and said he was very satisfied with my healing and wanted me to continue to do some exercises for the near future to make sure the muscles around the tear would take over the work of that torn muscle.
The doctor was friendly, made me feel comfortable and showed great respect for my wishes and opinions. I would go back to them in a heart-beat and recommend them to family!

I was able to get an appointment quickly with Dr. Spezia to deal with a recurring problem. The check-in at the main lobby was quick, using a touchscreen system, and they called me to the desk soon after to deal with insurance. I waited less than 15 minutes to see the doctor and he and his assistant were quick to answer questions.

Martinsburg Orthopedic Surgeons Provider Name Locked
prescribed pain medication for my back pain. I explained that I am very concerned about whether the medication is habit forming. He said don't worry, it's not. He prescribed 40 pills and 2 refills. I looked up the medication, Tramadol, and one of the warnings is that it can be habit forming! He also did not seem very caring and did not treat me like my pain was important. I'm looking for a new orthopedic specialist now.

This is a horribly run facility that is more like a cattle
Martinsburg Orthopedic Surgeons Provider Name Locked
house than a professional services provider. Dr.
Martinsburg Orthopedic Surgeons Provider Name Locked
kept me waiting for over 2 hours. I understand delays but I asked if there is a delay I can reschedule but was assured I was next. The facility is dated and absolutely not suited to people with mobility problems.
If you want to be treated like a cow in a

house this is the place to go. Pack them in and dispose of them as quickly as possible while maintaining maximum cash flow.
No other professional; lawyer, banker, CEO, would allow a customer to sit for 2 hours with no explanation. The only answer I got was they were sorry but it is always this way here.
- Phil T.

The injection was done with a fluoroscope which also produces significant amounts of radiation, but in the wrong area with no positive result. Waited for several painful months and got the injection while back in Minnesota with positive results and without the need for the use of a fluoroscope. I was also told that all tests and procedures used by these doctors were unnecessary. I will never go back to either of these doctors and will soon need another cortisone injection as the pain is beginning to return. Am now looking for another orthopedic doctor who can administer a
Martinsburg Orthopedic Surgeons Provider Name Locked
cortisone injection without all the hassle.

If you are seeking a closed-minded, know-it-all and condescending doctor that won't spend his time listening and understanding then you have found the perfect doctor. This is a doctor that says yoga is pointless and harmful.
1 star for having in-house x-rays.
- Marc M.

I was a patient of
Martinsburg Orthopedic Surgeons Provider Name Locked
's, after I fractured my femur on 2/15/15. I wasn't happy with the fact that he wanted X-rays each time I went, even though I already had some that I brought from previously falling in the same month. X-rays aren't good for your DNA, and he got visibly frustrated with me when I brought it up.
