I called the gentlemen and he gave a quote for the service and for the two hour drive, that it would take him to come to Big Horn, Wy. Later on that same day, he called me back and said he had gotten another call from someone in Big Horn that also needed their clock serviced. Gave me a better price because he would have two calls that day instead of one. I accepted his quote and set up an appointment with him in four days.
He showed up on time , repaired my clock. Very pleasant gentlemen. did a good job. I would recommend to anyone that needs their clock repaired. I really appreciated the fact that he would make the two hour drive from
Hurricane Designer Jewelry Provider Name Locked
to Big Horn. Wyoming.

He did a great job. He not only fixed the grandfather clock, but showed me how to maintain it myself. Was punctual, efficient and friendly. I will definitely use him again if I need any further work on the clock.

I had questions regarding turning my Mother's engagement/wedding rings into an engagement ring for myself. The gentleman to whom I spoke was very helpful; but we ended up using the ring as it was and did not utilize his services.

Nicely done to update appraisals and added a few more items. Feel very confident in their workmanship. Had rings cleaned and checked over for any loose stones.

was very nice and had a prompt and professional service but still a very comfortable atmosphere in his store, almost like almost like going to a friends house to visit. I took him a variety of things I had broken and he fixed them all, even my glasses which I had just broken the day before I went there. He fixed those while I waited which was great for me and while I waited I looked at some of the jewelry he had for sale and found a great gift for my wife's birthday which was great, saved me a trip to go looking elsewhere. As for the other repairs he had them done within the week for me.

The stem that holds the diamond on my wife's 40 year old engagement ring broke and the diamond fell out. I took the ring to
Hurricane Designer Jewelry Provider Name Locked
and they ordered and installed a new stem along with remounting the diamond.
It took about a week to perform the service and the ring looks as good as new now.
The staff was very knowledgable and the price reasonable. I would recommend this company for your jewelry repairs.

I had gone swimming with my silver jewelry on and when I got out of the pool it had turned a dark grey color. I took the jewelry to
Hurricane Designer Jewelry Provider Name Locked
and asked them if they could clean it. The person who does the detailed cleaning was not in that day so the gentleman I was working with put it in the polisher. The polisher didn't clean it at all and he said that the person who does the detailed cleaning would need to look at it. He wrote up my ticket and it came to a total of $105 ($86 with the 20% off Angie's List coupon). Even though I had 5 pieces of jewelry I thought this was very expensive because all of the pieces are very small. I was pleased with how clean they got my jewelry and everyone I interacted with was very nice. I would not hesitate to go back to
Hurricane Designer Jewelry Provider Name Locked
in the future if I find that their prices are comparable to others in the area.

My fiance purchased an engagement ring from
Hurricane Designer Jewelry Provider Name Locked
for $12,890 in August 2012. SINCE HE WAS REFERRED BY A FRIEND, WE NEVER DOUBTED HIS INTEGRITY. The ring was given to me in Oct. of 2012. Unfortunately by August of 2013 my fiance and I had separated. While we remain friends, it did not make sense to keep the ring.

's Appraisal Report for our Insurance company listed the replacement value at $14,500 so I gave him the ring to sell on consignment. After approx. 8 months the ring had not sold so I asked for it back so I could try selling it elsewhere.
Hurricane Designer Jewelry Provider Name Locked
and I met so he could return the ring to me. When I gave him the ring to sell, it was in a very classy wooden box with a yellow satin bag around it and a laminated card describing the ring. When it was returned, it had none of those things. I asked for my original box back and was told it was not available. Eventually he ordered another from his supplier and returned the ring.
Not long after I sent the ring to a company in NY for an appraisal by their gemologist. I received an email telling me the weight was accurate at 1.52 ct, however they would grade it as Color I, Clarity I1. They mentioned it was an EGL Int'l stone (the least accurate, least credible grading agency, and one they rarely dealt with because of that) so it would likely be off a couple of grades from
Hurricane Designer Jewelry Provider Name Locked
. My ring however was rated by EGL Int'l as Color G, Clarity SI1. The HUGE difference in grading cut the value to less than half. I went to 2 other dealers and was given similar info. The last dealer checked the industry std database for the wholesale price of an EGL Int'l stone using EGL Int'l grading. The cost was listed as $4462-$5834. The absolute MOST WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED for the stone was $7500. The price we were charged for the stone was $10,400. And this was supposedly being sold to us as a FRIEND!
I will not include the dealer's comments when I told them what we paid. I approached
Hurricane Designer Jewelry Provider Name Locked
and offered him the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps there was a mistake. Perhaps given his
Hurricane Designer Jewelry Provider Name Locked
training he accidentally priced it as a
Hurricane Designer Jewelry Provider Name Locked
stone. After checking his records
Hurricane Designer Jewelry Provider Name Locked
responded it was priced correctly. I asked him if he would tell me his cost and was told no. Given the discrepancy I sent emails & 2 certified letters asking to return the ring. NO RESPONSE! NOT A WORD! Even when I reminded him that both his Facebook and Linked-In profiles said his motto was 100% customer satisfaction, still no response.
Since then I filed a complaint with the BBB detailing our experience, however according to them, because my name was not on the receipt, my fiance would have to file. They would have to close my case and could not pursue it any further until that happened. On as positive note - my fiance is in the process of doing that. I don't want to leave out one important detail though: when
Hurricane Designer Jewelry Provider Name Locked
answered their complaint (after being notified twice), he never denied what I had said about his misleading us or about overcharging us. All he said was I was not the purchaser of the ring...and after two years, he could not refund it. (Ironic because he was in possession of the ring for a good part of those 2 years).
One last thing I'd like to say. I recently came across an article in the diamond industry trade press that said that the dealer is ultimately responsible for accurately representing the value of their stone to their customer.
Hurricane Designer Jewelry Provider Name Locked
is a "private jeweler" who's been doing this for 30+ years. I would have assumed this would have applied to him as well.
I am hoping that providing my Angies List' friends with the details of our experience will help other couples avoid all the disappointment and heartache we went through.

I was interested in purchasing a heart shaped ruby/diamond pendant. I found a picture online that was a good starting point and brought it to
Hurricane Designer Jewelry Provider Name Locked
Jewelers.
Hurricane Designer Jewelry Provider Name Locked
and her team offered multiple ideas to create a design that met my needs and price point.
Hurricane Designer Jewelry Provider Name Locked
is
Hurricane Designer Jewelry Provider Name Locked
certified/trained and, I know from past experience, she and her family/team have many years of experience in creating one-of-a-kind pieces that are fairly priced and are of high quality (e.g.,
Hurricane Designer Jewelry Provider Name Locked
level).
Because I was requesting a custom piece , it required multiple iterations to review the design, stones, etc. At all times,
Hurricane Designer Jewelry Provider Name Locked
and her team were professional and responsive. When I was unable to visit the store in person,
Hurricane Designer Jewelry Provider Name Locked
emailed pictures (e.g., waxes) so we could discuss and I could approve. When I visited the store, there were often returning customers (e.g., young couples with families) who had made earlier purchases (e.g.,engagement rings/wedding bands). With each iteration,
Hurricane Designer Jewelry Provider Name Locked
asked thoughtful, probing questions to ensure the final product would meet my expectations.
In the end, I received a beautiful, one-of-kind piece that was fairly priced and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend
Hurricane Designer Jewelry Provider Name Locked
Jewelers.
