"The appointment went horribly first I went in for two appointments the first appointment was for a physical and the second was for a well check. I tried to call" to ask for directions but the young lady I spoke with; spoke so much ebonics I could not understand her. Once I got there I filled out the paperwork. After waiting one hour I was seen by the nurse and informed they could only see one child due to the tempo the problem is I made the appointment two weeks ago.

"We started going there because we liked Dr.
when we interviewed. Unfortunately, we only saw him once in the 6 or so times we went there." Every time we went there we had a 30-45 minute wait. With a
that is hard. I do my job in making sure he is fed and dry so that he's ready to go for his appointment. Several times I had to feed my son in their office. I don't mind the occasional "an emergency happened so all of our appointments are pushed back", but this was every single time and it was for well visits. It seemed like they overbooked every time. Once our son turned 6 months we switched doctors and I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes for an appointment.

Hello, this is Kyle K from the Member Care Department.

I apologize for my delay. We encourage healthcare providers to list the insurances they accept when creating their Angie’s List profile. At this time however, many providers have not completed this section, or the information wasn't available when Angie's List created their listing.

I encourage you to visit your insurance provider's website, as many offer search tools to find local healthcare providers. You can then cross-reference these with Angie's List. We’re happy to help look up these individual providers for you, too.

I am sorry I could not answer your question directly, but I hope this information was helpful.

Please let me know if there's any other assistance or info I can provide. You can respond in line to this Q&A thread by submitting a new answer. I've been there about 10 times since he was born and each time was pain free. Our first pediatrician had us waiting 30-45 minutes each visit, which is unacceptable. They get you in quick at CMA. I don't think I've waited longer than 10 minutes which is refreshing because I'm always early.

I have previously left a so so review for this doctors office. They have new office staff. They were so nice and helpful! We got to the office a couple minutes before the appointment time. They checked us in, verified what we were there for and made a list of the documents we needed for his school. About ten minutes later they took us back to the room. The nurses were there and waiting for us. They told me how many shots he needed and what they were going to do when giving him the shots. My son has autism, and they made him feel at ease around. They were patient with his autistic tendencies that made it more difficult than a normal child. As soon as they were done with the shots they praised him for being so good and gave him two suckers. My son stopped crying within seconds. They had all the paper work I needed ready for me when I checked out. I have already scheduled his wellness check up, and will continue to use this doctors office.

We work with Dr Bergstein and have been very happy with her, and her colleagues. I received a referral to the practice from a cardiologist I know, and ironically, my wife was ready to do to war with me because she had just found the most perfect pediatricians in the world - we had to laugh about our strong opinions, especially since we were actually talking about two doctors at the same practice. Anyway, they have been by our side as the surrogate 'How to Operate and Raise Children" for about 3.5 years, now, and we don't hesitate to call then with our questions, and there are many. We were pretty weird about our first, the second is less dramatic, as we are now too tired to run every little issue up the flagpole as an emergency. In spite of ourselves, Dr. Bergstein et

Dr.
Harpers Ferry Pediatricians Provider Name Locked
is wonderful. I used them six months ago. He doesn't give you anything you are not prepared for. He kind of leaves the care for you to decide and guides you. He is not like some doctors who have partnerships with drug companies and give you drugs to try out. He is more new age because he stays away from all those extra things that may cost a lot of money. Sometimes they are really busy. I had a billing issue that they corrected, but it was a process issue. I would absolutely use this provider again.

He has a great bedside manner with children. He has a strong support staff. There's very minimal wait time. You don't go to his office and wait an hour. He usually finds the issue in the first issue. He'll take care of the problem or refer you to someone who can.

The doctor was friendly and explained that with rashes it is difficult to know what the cause was especially since nothing in my son's environment changed. I explained that we had been using allergy medicine for several days with no change in the rash. He told us to continue taking allergy medicine and prescribed a steroid cream and said that should do it. I trusted his advice, he seemed sure that was the trick, and then sent us on our way. Because he seemed so sure, I didn't question - well what happens if it doesn't go away or gets worse?
One week later, my son's rash has not lessened in anyway and has spread to areas that were rash free. In hindsight, I realized the service would have been deserving of A's if he said something like, "If it's not gone in (insert time frame here), come back to see us." Or, "If it's not gone in (insert time frame here), make an appointment with a dermatologist (or an allergist)." At this point I now have to try trial and error because we weren't told what to do if the treatment did not work.
I'm willing to give them another

because I understand that rashes are tricky and difficult, but I hope that any future visits are better when it comes to communication and treatment.

we've been going to Dr
Harpers Ferry Pediatricians Provider Name Locked
at ADC since my son was born nearly two years ago. It's been fantastic, and I have been happy every single time we've been. We go for regular checkups and whenever he gets sick. I can also ring the nurse line and talk to them if I just have a quick question or concern. On those occasions, if they think I should see a doctor, the nurse has always found me an appointment the same day with one of the doctors at the clinic, if not Dr
Harpers Ferry Pediatricians Provider Name Locked
herself.
We have had a couple of issues with bill paying, which is annoying, but nothing too bad. The online option to pay for the pediatric clinic is temperamental, and I've often paid as soon as I got the first bill, then gotten second or third bills for the same payment, or been told at reception that I had a balance. It's supposed to be fixed now, but we haven't used it in the last couple of weeks, so fingers crossed!
All in all, I love this place, the doctors and nurses are friendly and knowledgeable, and always put my son at ease. And his anxious mother!

Dr
Harpers Ferry Pediatricians Provider Name Locked
is well suited for pediatric care. She is upbeat & patient with my daughter. She takes her time to hear all my concerns
& answer questions. She asked my daughter about basic safety questions (does she wear a seat belt, bike helmet, etc). I mentioned that some of my daughter's friends have made comments about her still being in a booster. Dr

printed off material about car safety to reinforce the recommendations with my daughter. Her office personnel are friendly & good with kids too.
