"This is not an organization you want to do business with at all. They simply do not uphold their end of their contract. It is amazing there are so many negative" reviews about this company and they are still in business. Our
left just short of 6 months and API would not get a replacement for us as stated in their contract until we signed a new full-cost contract. That is not a requirement in the original contract, but they demand it or force you into a refund and then say you left the program as their legal defense. The best part about their tactics is they never document the requirement of you to sign a new contract. Only discuss it over the phone. And when you complain and communicate this is an unfair and illegal requirement - they never document an answer in their written responses. They are professional scam and con artists. The absolutely do not care about you, your family or their obligations. Best experience - their area director brings her children with her everywhere she goes including our home for the interview and then changes their diapers on our couch!. We escalated through the BBB in Denver and it went into legal proceedings sponsored and paid for by the BBB...you guess who won. The chief of the company, while under oath said these exact words "We are not a child care service". Remember that when you look at their website and see their child care programs and just know that when you corner them on their scam, they will throw themselves under the bus and still

you have to recoup any of the money they will steal and not give back when they don't deliver on their contracted obligations. We could at least reverse some charges and get some of our money back. Before you sign on the line - call
at API and simply ask if they are a child care service - 1-888-649-2876. If he says yes, drop me a line so I can appeal our case on his perjury. If he says no, ask why he advertises as a child care service on his site but won't deliver. These people ought to be shut down.

"I began service with QRS on/about August 26, 2014 for the care of my two boys, ages 7 and 8. My oldest son is autistic and I felt that both would do better in our" home environment as we had recently relocated to the area. I was interviewed by the Mercedes and told that she would be the provider for my family. I was provided a QRS Family Handbook and then informed of a membership fee which was supposed to cover the cost of recruiting, including background check, and bonding said individual. Mercedes was a good provider, however, she stole several items of my children's items. I confronted her and they were returned. I contacted the owner,
via telephone and email and expressed the immediate need for a replacement. This happened on November 11, 2014. I stayed in contact with
via telephone and email inquiring as to a replacement sitter. I was told that she had no one available because of the hours I was requesting before and after school for and hour each session. Then Mercedes vehicle went into disrepair and I was told she didn't have replacement for her.
W was sent to my home on Wednesday, December 10th and was the only individual sent to my home for the position. She had recently ended her
position with another family. I had her start work with my family the following week, as I had already had a friend's daughter assisting me with childcare because of my work schedule. Due to the previous childcare coverage issues, I opted to halt
W's work schedule to allow another sitter whom I had worked with in the past to cover the holiday vacation period as we had previously arranged.
W's schedule was reinstated effective January 12, 2015. I have a schedule that I have used with my previous sitters. My oldest is specifically on a toileting schedule as he has Bowel and Bladder issues as he is not fully independent with his
. Note, during the initial intake, this information was relayed to Mercedes during the intake and again at the meeting with
in December.
W was released from services for my home on Wednesday, February 10.

Day Care reviews in West Bend

We recently relocated to
West Bend Day Cares Provider Name Locked
and knew no one. Our experience with Care.com and similar sites to match nannies and families were that it was a lot of work with many unqualified people to
West Bend Day Cares Provider Name Locked
through. We had a lot on our plate and wanted to find the right fit for our family the first time to minimize change for our children. Our realtor recommended

West Bend Day Cares Provider Name Locked
. It was the best decision we could have made, truly. She listened to what we needed, our criteria and the position, and spent HER time selecting the best candidates that met what we were looking for. Then, she pre-interviewed them and pre-screened them to make sure they were a good fit before we even spent our time meeting them. Then she handled background checks, driving checks, and calling references for us- and presented it all in a package for us. Fast forward to 2 months later- we have the PERFECT

for us- and are so happy! It was very affordable for the service we received- and it was the easiest part of moving. Highly, highly recommend

and this service!

They are great and very professional. They have a curriculum and are very hands on. The meals are pretty good and they make them everyday. The director, Miss

If you are searching for a preschool that will inspire a love of learning that will last well beyond the preschool years, then I encourage you to visit
West Bend Day Cares Provider Name Locked
. Two of our children are graduates of
West Bend Day Cares Provider Name Locked
, and our third is still there. We could not have been more pleased with
West Bend Day Cares Provider Name Locked
’s unique “play-based” approach to learning. The children think they are going to school to play and have fun. But what they are actually doing is receiving a solid academic foundation in language arts, math, science, and social studies. From constructing
West Bend Day Cares Provider Name Locked
machines to sequencing story pictures to making patterns, the kids have a blast while becoming incredibly prepared for elementary school. The school’s philosophy of “meeting the child where the child is” means that every child has the opportunity to be enriched in a way that meets the child’s particular needs. The children are given opportunities to explore on their own what interests them, and also to come together as a group to listen to stories, participate in a science experiment, or report on the weather. In addition to the regular curriculum, the school offers enrichment programs in music, Spanish, and gymnastics, all at no extra charge. The teachers are all qualified, experienced, warm, and loving. They know just how to make every child feel special. In addition to the preschool,
West Bend Day Cares Provider Name Locked
offers a top-notch full-day kindergarten, which my children attended. The program prepared them to succeed once they transitioned to “big school.” As an added bonus,
West Bend Day Cares Provider Name Locked
encourages an involved parental community and offers several fun social events for the kids (again at no extra charge) as well as an adults-only spring event. There are lots of ways to get involved and help shape your child’s preschool experience. We visited many other preschools and found that the only ones that compared academically were substantially more expensive. We also found that other schools were either too much play, or too intense on academics.
West Bend Day Cares Provider Name Locked
was the only place we visited where we felt our children would receive a perfect balance of fun and learning. If that’s a balance you are looking for, then
West Bend Day Cares Provider Name Locked
is the place for you.

I hope the childcare staff realize that to rudely confront and accuse a guest even threaten to take away membership when no wrongdoing had occurred is unprofessional and should be addressed. Taxpayers fund the
West Bend Day Cares Provider Name Locked
Center and I also pay $99 a month and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect and not to be yelled at in front of my young daughter who is supposed to trust these ladies while her mommy is away exercising.

They are amazing, both my grandsons attend and are well taken care of. I would recommend this daycare to anyone. Great food, snacks and breakfast as well. The owner has family preparing fresh meals onsite and the kids seem to love the food. The have lots of outdoor play, weather permitting, and learning time too. There are extra activities offered such as soccer (costs extra), holiday activities at Halloween, Christmas etc. They offer parents night out for a nominal cost. The kids love their teachers.

The people at
West Bend Day Cares Provider Name Locked
were all very nice. The coordinator was very professional in showing me the facility and describing what daycare would be like for my child. It seems like it would be a great place! We just went in a different direction (a place located closer to our home).

Policy of racism being uncovered by minority parents whose kids currently attend the school. The school is labeling all minority kids of A specific ethnic descent as problem children and giving them 2 week notices to make room for American kids. The British owner is aware of the behavior of her school administrators and is complicit. Possible class lawsuits are being considered by parents. At least 5 parents have been identified as affected across the

Advise for minority parents to not consider this school for their children, though it is conveniently located.
