& Cooling at 5am on Monday morning for an emergency service call. The tech called back at 7:30am and asked if

and Cooling had ever serviced our furnace in the past and when I told him I didn't think so but the the furnace was here when we bought the home so I wasn't sure if they had been here for service with the previous home owner and that's when I was told that if they hadn't been here for a service call in the past that he wouldn't be able make a service call until later in the week. The outside temperature was 24 degrees at the time.
"called capital on sunday afternoon when we discovered the furnace was blowing cold air. we could not get the pilot light to fire. on the phone we were advised a tech would be to our home in about an hour. the tech arrived in a timely manner and commenced to diagnose the unit. the tech was friendly and took the time to explain his findings. we were given options for a partial parts repair or replacement choices. as the replacement parts may not address all the problems we chose to have the approx. 20+ year old unit replaced. we were provided options and all questions/concerns answered. no pressure. once we chose a unit the tech fully explained all the details including warranties, tax credits etc. he stated the new unit would be fully installed and working the next day. the quoted price was all inclusive -- included the trip out on sunday, the full install with permit, electrician etc. the next morning, Monday, I went out to walk the pup shortly after 7am and the capital truck was parked in front of the house. we had requested a morning install and they certainly honored that. immediately they went to work.. installed a programmable thermo we had...cleaned up everything. in about 4 hours bam we had heat!! everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous and completed all work as promised. would recommend capital without hesitation.
"We needed an air conditioner condensing unit replaced at a duplex which we were in the process of selling. Time was an issue and they made sure they would get there and install it in time. I had to set the date forward due to an inspection and they were happy to make it work. The price was reasonable and their assistance made it easy. They even helped by writing a letter stating that the new owner could contact them to get the warranty put in his name which was helpful. They did everything to make the process easy.
"He asked me how long I had the air conditioner. I thought it was five or six years but it was really 8 years. He asked me to pull out whatever packet they had given me. The air conditioner/heat pump was originally installed by

is clearly very knowledgable but their suggestion to look for a warranty shows that they are looking out for the best interests of their customers.
"The technician called about twenty minutes before he arrived to alert me he was on his way. He was very friendly and professional. He got right to diagnosing the problem. He replaced the batteries in the thermostat and then checked the unit outside. He found a wire had been chewed on by an animal as being the source of the problem. He was here for about an hour, explained how the unit worked and even advised on how to protect it from my dogs.I will definitely call them again to tune up the furnace before winter."
"We have use

for a couple of years now. We first used them in an emergency situation and now have their monthly plan - we pay monthly (about 170 for the year) and that includes an AC and furnace check up yearly as well as priority service, discounts, etc.

This visit was scheduled by a phone call from the

office. The staff is friendly and works to find a time that will be convenient for you.

The technician also recommended we have zero ice installed in the AC to increase the life of the compressor. That cost was 159.00.
"They did a general service for the furnaces in my home and everything is working fine. All the prices were as quoted. I spent about $155 in total. I have two furnaces so it was $99 for the first and $55 for the second and it was exactly what they quoted. I searched for them on Angies List and found some really good reviews, so I called them up. I described the issues I had with my furnace and they thought that it just needed a good tune up and gave me the special that they were offering and that is how I chose them and how I went with them. They were on time and actually called to see if they could come in a little bit early and they did, which worked out. I definitely will use them again."
"I paid for the service call, but they deducted the price of part from the price of the new furnace. They are very neat, and explained everything throughly, which I really appreciated. They completed the work in a timely manner. I would recommend to my friends."
"We had been a client of
West Allis HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
for some some years. They came spring and fall for routine maintenance and at least once for a heating emergency. We rarely had the same tech twice(turnover?) I like to support vendors in the neighborhood so I wasn't overly concerned, although on one spring visit a small household item disappeared. The last time they were here the tech alerted me to the crack in the heat exchanger and advised that he was required to shut down the system. He then proceeded to try and sell me a replacement furnace and quoted a large price for a name I had never heard of.My existing unit was only 14 years old and I knew I had a 20 year warranty specifically on the heat exchanger, something a professional should have known,as I believe it's an industry standard. I later learned the brand he suggested was construction grade and several hundred less than his quote. Needless to say, someone else replaced the part and now has my business."
"The furnace wasn't staying on long enough to heat the house. I called at 7:30 in the morning and got a call back within an hour. They came out the same afternoon and fixed the furnace within an hour. I had an Angie's List coupon, so without that the cost would have been $25 higher."
