When they first arrived, they literally rolled out a red carpet (pad) in order to protect the floors simply for the foot traffic. They were helpful and easy to work with when placing furniture in just the right place...if they didn't think it was right, they presented a solution.
These are the kind of people you want when working with the most discerning of people and customers.
Did a great job for.
Will definitely call them for the next job in the Palm Springs area.
However, I am glad that, as the homeowner, I was on-site for the entire process and available to advise about not leaning on walls, care when dealing with framed art work, and the weight involved in certain items that were unsuitable for stacking. They had problems keeping a storm door open that a previous mover had no problems with. The

Several weeks later, and based on the positive experience I had with the storage unit move, I engaged the same crew to do a major move of my house -- over 2,000 square feet crammed full of bookshelves, computer equipment, desks, chairs, large furniture items, etc. This time,
Everything was carried to the correct room upon arrival, and items that were disassembled before moving were reassembled after delivery. They were very careful to avoid damaging items in transit, and careful of walls and doors as the maneuvered the items in and out of the houses. They also laid down pads on carpeted areas to prevent any soiling from their shoes.
One little thing that impressed me -- one of the workers let slip a mild swear word when he jammed his fingers while handling a heavy item. He immediately apologized to me, even though I've heard much worse. This was the only time during the many hours we worked together that I heard anything that could be deemed even mildly offensive. Other moving crews I've engaged in the past used profanities in just about every sentence, and kept each other amused with sexist and racist jokes. Not so

The next morning, we started calling them at 8:30 am asking where the driver/truck was, he was supposed to be there at 8am. Just after 9 am we finally got a hold of someone from their office who informed us that they were unable to secure a driver and truck for our load and that they wouldn't be coming.
I have consulted with experts on the shipping of grandfather clocks (especially Herschede) who state that the clock was improperly shipped laying down. Grandfather clocks should be transported in an upright manner to minimize the risk of damage. Since
While the vast majority of the other pieces we shipped arrived intact and undamaged, the significant damage to the clock is too much to overlook. For shipping general freight,
At 1:00 pm there was no delivery and no communication of delay. When I
called to check on the status I was told it would be approx. 1 hour, at
most 1.5 hours before the delivery would be made.
expiration of the outside window of 1.5 additional hours, still no
delivery and once again, no communication with me as the customer to
inform me of the status. The delivery was received at approx. 3:00 pm.
The driver was unapologetic, and annoyed with me when I wanted to
verify the condition of the item (as it said in HUGE letters on the side
of the box to do before signing) and huffed and refused to speak.
people WASTED my entire day since I could not leave my house and they
missed 2 of their own deadlines! The customer service people were
unhelpful and terse and kept me on hold for long periods.
The experience was horrible in it's entirety!
I contacted them through email and was contacted within the hour. After determining the style of gazebo I owed, an appointment date and time was scheduled.
I was contacted the morning of the project to confirm their arrival date. Once the gazebo was constructed, I was text-ed a picture of the gazebo! That was a nice surprise.
I would highly recommend
