Business Description: We are a close knit Design/Build company, operating east of Madison. My brother and I have been involved in the building trades for almost 15 years now.We are licensed in the State of Wisconsin, fully insured and do all of our own work ourselves. The person who comes out to meet you for an initial estimate is probably going to be the same person driving nails. This helps to keep everyone in the loop and on the same page.We are able to take the time to do projects well because we don't stretch ourselves out. Our project schedule is put together with the help of the homeowners input, so together we can plan out the project in its entirety, eliminating schedule questions, covering concerns and keeping things on track. Time is important for everyone, and we try to make the best use of ours and yours. We enjoy working with people to help them achieve their home project goals, and staying current with all the newest techniques and available materials is all part of the job. We currently offer a discount of 10% to all Angie's List members, and are more than willing to discuss the details of any project with the client free of charge. Our estimates are put together free of charge, with any concerns being brought to the table firsthand. With our designer being proficient in Revit Architecture 2011, we are developing the ability to show our clients 3D models of their projects, before they are even started, just to give them a better look at the idea they have in mind. This is very helpful because some people have a hard time visualizing in front of them (to scale) what the concept of their new house or addition will look like. This also makes it easy to make changes quickly and efficiently on the fly,and to help streamline the whole building process. We look forward to serving the Madison area and its surrounding communities.
