I am the only employee so you are able to talk to me in regards to scheduling,questions about your appliance,or any other questions you may have. I charge a one-time trip charge of $50.00 and $60.00/HR labor in addition to parts-if needed.Most appliances can be diagnosed and repaired in 30 minutes
