"I called
at the last minute because my son needed roses for a science experiment the next day. She was lovely on the phone and when we got there, she provided" great information for my son's project. The whole staff was pleasant and welcoming. What a great vibe!!

"Without contacting me, the provider changed the order I placed and sent a totally different, and quite inferior arrangement from what I ordered. Of course, I only bacame aware of the" change when I arrived at the funeral home. Because I was so disturbed by the paltry presentation, which was not at all what I expected, I took a photo of what had been sent and contacted the company the next morning. The representative admitted that the company should have contacted me but made the excuse that there was insufficient time to do so. We spent days haggling over what the company was willing to do to compensate me for the error. The best offer was to take 20% off the cost of the item I originally ordered, which was completely unsatisfactory to me, as what was sent was clearly inferior in both quality and price. I finally got my credit card company involved in the dispute and they handled the matter. Here's the company's promo from their website:

This description is so far from the truth, it's laughable. Bottom line: Aviod this company like the plague!!!

"I ordered a fruit arrangement to be delivered to a house for after a funeral on Sunday, October 20,2014. The funeral was at 12 noon. The arrangement was not delivered until 4:45 in" the afternoon. By that time, most of the people left. When it had not come by 3:30 we called and they explained thatt we were one of the last deliveries of the day.. When I ordered, this, I said the people would only be at the house for one day. . I assumed it would be there at a much earlier time . . When we called Monday and Tuesday, no one returned calls. Terrible customer service. . We'll never order from them again.

's florist when I searched for a 'local' florist in the city near where the recipient lives. Couldn't find this company on Angie's List, but went ahead and contacted to place order. Asked if they were indeed a local shop located in the area and not just an online business. I was told yes, they are an actual store. Next day called to place order and midway through found out they were just an online florist. Told the person I was lied to and he apologized, but said not to worry, their arrangements are guaranteed to be what the consumer orders, as well as having a 7 day freshness guarantee.
I selected an all white arrangement of oriental lilies, roses, and carnations. The photo online was in the Deluxe version, and the site states by upgrading to Premium, you get an even larger,

arrangement than what is pictured. The sales person told me this as well. I asked if the photo I am selecting is what the person making up the arrangement will be using. He said yes, and the order would show 'Premium' so the arranger would upgrade it. I told him this was for a very special occasion and I wanted a nice full arrangement, so yes I would pay extra and get the upgrade to Premium.
He asked if I wanted it delivered that day and I said I would prefer it to be delivered by noon the next day as the event was being held late afternoon and I wanted the arrangement to be fresh. I also asked if there were any of the flowers that were out of season, and also requested a green ribbon on the arrangement. He said he believed the flowers to be available and if for some reason they were not, he would phone me before placing the order. He also said a green ribbon could be added. I later learned the arrangement was delivered that same day.
I was shocked when the recipient sent me a photo of the arrangement. It did not look at all like what I ordered. The only part that remotely resembled my order was the clear glass vase. It was mainly green leaves, a few lilies (not the variety I ordered and these had brown centers), roses, and NO carnations and no green ribbon. But there were tall bare stems sticking up with a small white round flower on each end that resembled roadside weeds, and these were already drooping.

's and left a message, and then I emailed a photo of what I ordered (taken form their website) and a photo of what was received. I phoned again and was shuffled around to three people, two of whom saw the photos I sent and agreed the arrangements were totally different. I was disconnected when put on hold and when I called back, I talked to yet a fourth person. I asked him to look at the photos I emailed and tell me if he thought what I ordered was in any way, shape, or form what was received.
He told me that the photos on the website (from which the consumer makes a selection) are not actually how the arrangements look because prior to taking the photos they 'pull forward' all the flowers from the back side of the container, in his words 'so the consumer can get a better picture of all the types of flowers in the arrangement'. ?? Ridiculous! I told him that made no sense...a consumer is ordering an arrangement based on the photos they have posted on their website. If they aren't accurate, how would you know what you're ordering? Also,

's also does not list the height or width of the arrangement. I had to ask when ordering.
I was told that

's could put through a reorder to be delivered within 24 hours but only if they picked up the original arrangement. I told him picking up the arrangement wasn't an issue, but why would I want yet another arrangement sent when the event had already taken place 3 days ago? That was the last thing the recipient would want. All he offered me of the almost $103 I had spent was a $20 credit off my order with $20 off a future order. That meant I would have to spend yet more money because they have a minimum amount for floral deliveries. I told him that was not acceptable.
Later I received an email saying my credit card account would be credited $20. A short time thereafter, I was notified by the recipient that the florist had picked up the original arrangement and then redelivered another....basically the same with a couple more flowers added. Didn't I ask him not to do that?
This was nowhere near a good experience.

On the phone they were pleasant and very helpful. They walked me through the ordering process and arranged for delivery. The delivery was fulfilled without any issues.

We walked in and were able to put our order together without a separate consultation date -unlike everyone else we talked to. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They did a great job listening to what we wanted and picked out beautiful flowers - for about a third of the price of the other florists we contacted. We would definitely recommend them!

's Florist on line showing as a 'local' florist in the area where I wanted delivery. Phoned and asked the salesperson if they were, in fact, a store front in that city and not just an online florist. I was told yes, they are an actual shop. Later learned when placing my order next day that I was lied to. Leery about ordering on line, but the person taking the order apologized and said not to worry as

I inquired as to whether the on line photo of the arrangement I wanted to order would be what the person making up the arrangement would be using and was told yes, EXCEPT that the pictures online are in the deluxe version, and since I was ordering the Premium version, mine would be even larger and

than pictured. I selected an all white arrangement of white lilies, roses, and carnations. I asked if a green ribbon could be added and whether those particular flowers were in season. The sales person told me he would ask whenever he called in the order and if there was any problem, he would first call me back before placing the order. He said they use several local florists in the area, but he did not tell me which one would be making up my order.

He told me the arrangement could be delivered later that day or the next. I said the next day by noon would be fine as the celebration was scheduled for late afternoon and I would like it to be fresh. My total for the Premium arrangement came to $102.92. I later learned it was delivered that day.

I was shocked when the recipient emailed me a photo of the arrangement that was delivered. It looked nothing like the photo I selected online. The arrangement that was received had a lot of green leaves, not many flowers, no carnations whatsoever, but some tall weedy looking small round flowers (which were already drooping). There was no ribbon. The lilies were not the variety shown in the photo and they had brown centers. The only thing that remotely resembled the arrangement I had selected was the clear glass vase.

They were absolutely beautiful and just what I wanted. The price for all the flowers was what I would have paid the major florist in town for just the bride's bouquet. Would highly recommend them to everyone.
