We help reduce alot of customer confusion between contractors bids or proposals with a combination of explanation of terms or phrases and customer education. Sometimes a low price is because the proposal avoids including necessary steps that would become apparent, at additional cost, after the customer has signed the contract. We treat each customer with the respect and attention they deserve. Sometimes, additional time, effort, and patience are needed to properly understand what the customer really wants to do. We work very hard to perform the current project with the mindset that we are helping to create a lifelong customer. When we start a project or a job for a customer, we make that our priority. We do not come to their home to work for a few days and leave for a week or two and then return for a few days.
