effective manner. One of the issues is that they seem to have a lot of
employees but not a lot of oversight or guidance. Here is the context
for my observation:
Today, I took my car to get a tire replaced.
The mechanic who worked on the tire was friendly and great- very kind.
However, the process of getting my car to that mechanic was such an
unnecessary headache. We first called on Saturday and were told to bring
the car in to have the tire replaced. When my partner came in, he
waited an hour before they came to get him to tell him they didn't have
the tire in stock. Additionally, they told us the tire would be under
warranty. Okay, fine- so my partner asked to order the tire. They called
us on Tuesday to say they would have the tire by Wednesday therefore we
made an appointment for Thursday morning. Then, they let us know that
the tire would not be covered by warranty because it was a nail in the
tire. Again, okay fine, I understand.
Thursday morning, I bring
in the car and then they say that the tire could be under warranty and
that they would have to check again. Additionally, I they tell me they
do not know if they have the tire, but they send me back to the waiting
room. Then a different man from the front desk and mechanic came into
the waiting room to say my car is ready. My car was running ready to go
right by the door. I was like, "So, I don't have to pay? or anything?"
The guy seemed confused. Then, a lady told me to go to the service desk.
I went to the service desk and they said it would be at least 15
minutes before my bill will be processed therefore I should go back to
the waiting room. Luckily, I thought to go back to my car, which was
running, to turn off the engine and grab the keys.

five employees total through the

Based on this experience and prior experiences, they are just TOO
DISORGANIZED for my taste. These miscommunications and inconsistencies
have happened before here. I've always brushed it off as "new employees"
or "new management." However, today I reached a point where I realized
this disorganization was truly the culture of the company. I am lucky
that everything worked out, but I feel like I was truly lucky. I do not
feel confident in the management of the team moving forward. I am
worried if I go there again there will just be even more inconveniences.
I would recommend going elsewhere if you can. You will get
frustrated sitting in that waiting room talking to five different
