Two and a half years later, all of the sunny areas in our home are close to being completely warn through. Our last refinish job lasted 8 years in the same area. The high traffic areas are fine, but the area by our bay window are completely warn so I have to sand it again AND coat it....
We have had several other bids now to have them refinished again and each company said that I should have a new coat on every 2/3 years and NOT sand as it should last longer.
