After receiving a letter that one of my five accounts was being canceled I went to my local branch in Boca Raton. I spoke with a customer service agent who called someone named
regarding the letter of cancelation.
proceded to give me a run around when I questioned why the account was canceled. He said that BOA determined that my business was not one that BOA wanted to keep. I asked him what did you determine my business is and does, he fumbled for sometime with typical don't know answers. I then went home and called the phone number on my letter and spoke with
. She was very nice but again could not explain why this was being done. I asked to speak with her supervisor, a VP named
who declined to speak with me. I was told that I would be contacted by someone at BOA regarding this and that I would be required to send documentation, licensing, etc to allow them to reevaluate my account.
I have been a loyal customer with BOA for over 20 years, maintain five accounts, am a Platinum account holder but apparently am not good enough for them to reasonbly explain this situation.
My business account has the word "casino" in it which appearently triggered a cancelation. I explained that I have an independent marketing company that works with many casinos to include Norwegian, Celebrity and Royal Caribbean cruise lines. I am fully licensed in several states and maintain an excellent business and finacial status with every company I deal with.
It dissapoints me that after being a good customer I was randomly selected with no thought and was shown no courtesy when I questioned their motives. I deserve an apology and reinstatement of my account and not subjected to a discrminatory jusitification of my business.

Due to a combination of bad timing and inattentiveness, I overdrew my
account three times in two weeks.
charged me $149 for the first overdraft
and $185 for each of the next two overdrafts. When I complained, they only
credited back $160 to my account.
In my opinion, even $359 for three overdrafts is outrageous. The penalty for overdrawing the checking
account at my new bank is $35.00.

I did an online form to get an insurance quote. It was confusing and the rate seemed higher than it should be. I'm going to call and talk with a live person next to see if the quote was accurate or if I left out some viable information that discounts it more. I would not recommend using their online service if you need a quote.

ICCU is a great bank. I have my car loan, checking, auto loan, and savings account with them and they are by far the best bank I have ever had. They also offer a line of credit attached to your checking account for overdraft protection which has come in very useful.

I immediately called the collection department, which was unable to find any record of the account reportedly with a negative balance. Nonetheless, I explained that the deductions were due to fees charged by
Kenosha Credit Unions Provider Name Locked
because I had not registered for paperless statements, which I'd immediately rectified once I found out that this is their policy. In recounting this to the representative, she told me that
Kenosha Credit Unions Provider Name Locked
's policy is to refund fees of this type once the problem has been fixed, but this was never done or offered.
The representative also told me that they mail an initial notice warning of the action to be taken, as well as make repeated phone calls to warn members of their planned cancellation of all member services. However, I never received a letter nor did I receive any phone calls at any time.
Kenosha Credit Unions Provider Name Locked
has great rates, but I'm extremely disappointed in the way they have apparently failed to follow their own policies, and sent such a threatening and rude letter to one of their members. My credit rating is very good, and I pride myself on paying my debts regularly and on time.

After I completed my online forms a representative contacted me for review of information. Instructions were also given on what to do after deciding on the auto I wanted to purchase. They guided me through the entire process from start to finish. They still contact me to see if all is well with the purchase process.

My husband and I love
Kenosha Credit Unions Provider Name Locked
for banking and auto insurance. We are in the process of buying a house right now and just started flood insurance through them. I can't attest to that service as it's still very new, but we are in the middle of processing our loan before the closing date on the house. we've been in contact with our loan processor almost daily working through all the details. She has been very easy to reach, and overall good to work with. There have only been a few instances when I felt that the service was sub par. We were misinformed about a few charges on the GFE, and the other time was a miscommunication about insurance. However, buying a house is lengthy and can be tricky for all parties involved, so overall I'm still very pleased with
Kenosha Credit Unions Provider Name Locked
for my home loan.
I have never had any issues with their banking or auto services. They are always very easy to reach via online messaging or over the phone (if calling customer service, just initially say you want to speak to a representative when the automated message asks what you're calling about. It will bypass so much time talking to the recorded message). Also, their customer service is pretty good. Most of the representatives I've talked to have been friendly and I've called quite a few times!

This branch has the best associates and customer service I have ever experienced. I am a retail manager and certainly know and value great customer service. Quick and friendly, upbeat all the time. Fully explain anything that needs to be understood. Best banking experience ever!

For the most part, ANB had been a decent bank. However, they proved themselves to be a bush league operation with an experience that left me almost without funds while on a trip in Europe. For the second time in several years the bank arbitrarily changed everyone's ATM password without explanation or adequate notice. I didn't pay much attention to it the first time even tho I had to make a trip to the bank to have it changed back. This last time I noticed. Less than a three week notice was sent out, by mail, in a mass mailing notifying customers all the passwords were arbitrarily changed without any consideration given to the customers situations. I was in Europe when the letters were sent. I never got any notice of this change although I had contacted the bank a week or so before I left informing them of the days I'd be overseas and what countries to expect transactions from. I found out about the arbitrary change when an ATM in Germany refused my card saying my password was incorrect. I called the bank the same day from Germany, expensive, and got a lot of unsatisfactory answers and no resolution. "We can't change it back, we can't tell you, we can't send you another notice to a Germany address, can you get a neighbor to open all your mail and call you with the new password?" When I say bush league business system, this is it. If you never go far from home, they are probably acceptable but they cannot be trusted to not leave you high and dry like they did me. Interestingly enough, I had an account with Bank of America in California for 23 years and not one time did they ever see the necessity of changing everyone's ATM passwords.
