is the consummate professional. He's very successfully treated cataracts in both of my eyes, as-well-as an on-going glaucoma condition." He's friendly, explains everything about his diagnosis and treatment and is always available for questions.

Eye Care reviews in Tri Cities

They are nice and courteous, but expect some wait time. Wish it was a bit my personal. Where you could speak one on one if you have any questions.
- Elaine M.

Initially, the consultation was for resolution of a chronic eye problem. Dr.
Tri Cities Eye Care Provider Name Locked
determined the issue was beyond normal allergies; she quickly red-flagged a more serious condition that did not show up in regular checkups. Feel confident that you're in good hands with Dr.
Tri Cities Eye Care Provider Name Locked
- Elizabeth R.

Really impressed by how quickly I was able to get an appointment (same day), the professionalism of the service, and the quality of the follow-up. Staff were professional throughout the experience and this was a major relief. It turns out that the other physician had been recommending a treatment plan that was contraindicated for my infection and actually making it worse.

Excellent results.
Tri Cities Eye Care Provider Name Locked
successfully treated a very annoying floater situation in my right eye that my ophthalmologist said was uncurable. The procedure consisted of an initial laser intervention and 2 follow up visits. The floater was blasted apart and no longer blurs my vision. I am a pilot and was very concerned this would be a risky procedure. I am extremely pleased with the results and kick myself for taking several years to get this done.
- Pierre B.

Procedure went well and corrected my vision. In his follow up Dr
Tri Cities Eye Care Provider Name Locked
failed to diagnose floaters, a condition likely unrelated to the procedure but which should have been flagged and explained to me. It took me another year or two to identify my condition with an ophthalmologist. I would conclude by saying that on one hand he is a very good experienced eye surgeon, on the other hand he has relatively poor communication skills.
- Pierre B.

They are short staffed. The doctor (Dr.
Tri Cities Eye Care Provider Name Locked
, the only optometrist on offer), seemed was very good, but I was unhappy about having to wait a month and a half for the first available appointment with her. I got the prescription right away, and she
made a recommendation on contact lenses and ordered them.
Two weeks after my appointment, I got a call from the optical services department that my contact lenses had arrived.
That was not an unreasonable wait. However, the first available appointment to try them on was three weeks away.
I've been going to
Tri Cities Eye Care Provider Name Locked
in Baltimore for many years for both regular eye care and glaucoma treatment, and have had excellent
experiences there. But until they are able to provide services in the
Tri Cities Eye Care Provider Name Locked
office with reasonable time horizons, I
would strongly urge people who want to go to
Tri Cities Eye Care Provider Name Locked
to go up to Baltimore. Being asked to wait three weeks to try on
contact lenses that have already arrived is absurd. Had I been warned that this might happen, I might have been able
to set up an appointment for a fitting when I was there for my eye exam.
I should note that I was offered one other appointment that was only two weeks away, but could not make that one.
The appointments desk person with whom I spoke was polite and sympathetic, so I assume the problem is that they
just d.
- Margaret K.

When I made the appointment I asked if my insurance was accepted and was told yes. However when I got there it was not. Waited over 50 minutes for my appointment and then waited 30 minutes longer to see the physician. When I asked if these delays were normal I was told that this was much better than usual. The physician I saw was very professional and spent time on my questions. I have no complaint with the physician I saw however the rest of the experience was pretty negative and I will not return.
- Janet W.

Two ophthalmologists assisted me with my issues. They were kind with excellent customer service. In addition they took special care to make sure the investigated the issues with all tools that they had access to. Even though they could not resolve the problem with my eye, they referred me to someone who could. This included creating my appointment. These doctors were hands-on and full of information. They prepared me for any procedures that could take place in the future. I felt important when I attended their office. I highly suggest
Tri Cities Eye Care Provider Name Locked
for any optometry needs.
