"Arrived at doctors office 15 minutes early for my 3:15 appointment. Had to sign in on a sign in sheet. Office was very crowded. Apparently my appointment time was multi-booked hence" the need for the sign in sheet. I was finally called in at 3:50 and was given a preliminary exam by a "tech" nurse? That only took 2 minutes. After that I was lead to another room where another "tech" gave me another exam, more like a visit to the optometrist, and questioned me on why I came in to see the doctor. She put drops in my eyes to dilate them. That took about ten minutes. Finally the doctor came in and did his exam. Dr. Nejat is very personable and friendly. He performed a thorough exam and told me everything look fine and that "floaters" were nothing to worry about. He said I should come back to see him in a year.

has a wonderful staff. They are all kind and courteous, and explain in detail what they are doing to your eye and why. His nurses will do all the basic scans" and such. Dr.
rotates from room to room performing the treatments necessary for each patient. He is very professional, and will describe in detail what is happening in the patient's eye, and the necessary treatments. During the multiple times that I have been there with mom, we have found that there is a camaraderie amongst his patients, who tend to chat with each other as they sit in the back waiting room for short intervals of time in between the various steps of their treatment. This is an outstanding doctor, with a fabulous staff!

"Very nice staff. We didn't have to wait long. Dr
had a very nice bedside manner and talked well with my son and put him at ease. Finding and ordering his" new glasses was easy thanks to the helpful staff.

Eye Care reviews in Tri Cities

I've been using him for 3 years. They are part of an ophthalmology group. It is a fairly large organization that is fairly new and I use two doctors in the group. They are very quick and very professional. It takes about a week to get in.

She is extremely professional and still personal. She's a very caring lady but just highly professional. I've just been very pleased with her. I have had no problem getting in. I know she is busy but in that parameter she's been fine. Her office is very nice. Her staff is very good and it's a nice office. Her communication is very clear and very professional. Her treatment is accurate. I haven't had any problems with billing.

They are the only ones that can do

drops in our area while you wait. They helped my mother with chronic dry eyes. They draw your blood at the office, and make the drops for you while you wait.

is a very patient and thorough practitioner. I wish she was in my current network. She examined my eyes and explained exactly what had happened and made me aware of the risks involved. She is an excellent doctor.

I remember before the procedure the office nurse taking off my eye glasses saying "you won't need these again". Much to my disappointment, still haven't taken my glasses off.

Routine two year follow up that had to be rescheduled because of some new issues. Very limited waiting time and much of the exam was done by a technician ("which one is better, #1 or #2) which I was fine with. Dr. O did all the inspection of the internal eye herself. Very limited waiting time for her as well. The exam was quick, efficient and she was good about answering questions. I never felt rushed.
