Business Description: I have designed and built all sizes of one and two story additions and I have taken the job from your requirements to 'Virtual Photos' of the completed project to obtaining the permits and final building. I work with other contractors to complete large projects such as 'Additions'. Over time I have created a support group of other Contractors who like myself had or have small companies (2 or 3) employees whom I call upon for their various disciplines. This is a great way to operate, as the best and contractors who are just out to earn a living who are expert in that particular discipline. (foundation work, roofer, electrician, plumber, flooring, tile work etc.) Although I will call in another contractor, I do not mark up his/her estimate. Typically, for ‘final finished work’ such as Granite Counter Tops, Tile work, Hardwood Floors, Carpeting etc. I will always use subcontractors, which ‘you’ can deal with ‘directly’ to get ‘exactly’ what you want. This applies to any type of job from complete ‘Additions’ to ‘Bath or Kitchen Remodels’ or ‘any’ Remodel requiring such disciplines. The end result to you is that you have the 'best' for the 'least cost' and this I have proven over and over and 'that' is why every customer I have ever had is also a ‘reference’. I can and will provide a list of references just for simply contacting me by phone (425-501-8102) or my email (sidney-treherne@frontier.com) or by fax at 360-652-7508. Your requests are welcome! If you wish to see examples of my past jobs, then just ask. For example, if you want to see my past ‘kitchen remodels’ or ‘building stairs’ or ‘built-in book cases’ or Install beams to turn ‘divided rooms’ in to ‘Great Rooms’, I will send you a CD with before and after photos for that type of job. Last but not least, I usually do create drawings and Virtual Photos for all Kitchen or Bath or Remodels so that you, my Customer, and I can be on the same page on how the finished project will look. This also allows you to make changes before the project is started and thus not have surprises along the way. I hope to hear from you! Just call 'Sid' at 425-501-8102. : ))
