Business Description: Licensed,bonded,insured. Plumbing,hvac,sewer and drain cleaning service rates are $150.00 per hr, emergency after hours rates are $225.00 per hr plus materials. Roofing service repair rates are $80.00 per hr, emergency after hours rates are $120.00 per hr plus materials. Their is a $30.00 fuel charge per call. Service work requiring staffing of 2 or more persons will incur additional labor costs. General contracting/project management costs are determined by size and scope of project. GC/PM projects will utilize subcontractors through qualified and reputable specialty contractors. Azimuth Construction Group offers the following services in house in the GC/PM role, architectural,engineering,mechanical,roofing, and thermal insulation. The combination of these services provided in house can reduce the over all project budget by eliminating mark up fees that would be incurred by having to outsource these resources by a typical GC/PM.
