"Could not be happier. Steve H. and his team are real pro's. Supervisor was on-site everyday. Met with Steve live every week and could get him on the phone any day I needed to speak with hi. Worked through rain, freezing temps, you name it..without missing a beat. We will be using them in the front yard come spring time.

"The owner,
Sammamish Landscapers Provider Name Locked
was referred to me by a close friend, and I'm glad he did. I called
Sammamish Landscapers Provider Name Locked
to talk with him about his services and what I was looking for. He was personable and professional. We made an appointment for him to come to my house to get acquainted with the area that I wanted landscaped and with what I was looking for.
We spent about 1 hour together and several days later he had a plan and proposal. We reviewed the proposal and it was everything I wanted to a gave him the green light to do the project. Ten days later the garden was in. It looks fantastic. His crew were polite and kept the area surrounding the garden clean.
I couldn't say enough great things about

Landscape. They did such a great job that I'm thinking about having them re-design and landscape my front yard.

"We found the initial price a little high but negotiated and we got a reasonable estimate. We were so satisfied with the service, we ended up hring them for our weekly maintenance. Another great find from Angie;s.

"Misael was very professional and did a very good job for electrical needs. He also undertook a painting assignement that was very good. He was proactive in pointing out what needed to be done and the overall quality of work was very good. He also proved to be very cost effective.

"Even though they do not install drip irrigation systems they agreed to service my existing one. I have been disabled for a few years and unable to take care of my system myself. They sent an expert who checked out the existing system fixed the damaged areas and got it up and working again. They also agreed to check on it next spring for me.
Some vendors don't like to work with me since I own a manufactured home on a lot and it is an older home at that. Therefore anything done to the property is pretty much temporary. ProCurbAppeal did not feel challenged and treated me just like a normal home owner. They respected my circumstance and worked with it.

"He said he'd be at the house "Saturday between 1 and 2 pm." He actually showed up at 11:00 am and we were not ready to talk to him. My husband went out to meet with him instead (since I was in the shower). He told Mr.
Sammamish Landscapers Provider Name Locked
we expected him between 1-2 so we weren't ready to talk. Mr.
Sammamish Landscapers Provider Name Locked
said he was very busy and couldn't come back at that time. He quickly left.
We were very surprised by how he reacted since it was his error not ours. Later that week I emailed him to let him know we weren't happy with how our first meeting went, and that we won't be needing his services. I said "next time don't show up any time you want, or at least call and ask if it's okay. Our time is just as valuable as yours. Not a good business practice."
He did quickly reply to this email (which I appreciated) and said he was in error and confused our house address (and street) with another one. Yes there is another street of the same name with "
Sammamish Landscapers Provider Name Locked
" instead of "NE". He asked if he could come back but I didn't bother to reply. I would of said yes, if our initial meeting went better. He just seemed rude and very rushed to get out of there so that didn't sit well with my husband.
He might of done a very good job based on other reviews here, I don't know. He was clearly in a big hurry and didn't want to spend the time we needed. I'm not about to spend $5000 without getting to know the person and their company. A quick 3 minute visit won't do it. Show me why I should hire you versus the other 1000 landscapers in the area.

"Relatively nice guy. We started our conversations on 7/21 and the wall was put in on 8/17. We met in person and discussed the project specs, but since nothing was written down, there was a misunderstanding. The wall was multiple layers shorter than i expected. The company agreed to fix it, but it's been prolonged. At the end of
Sammamish Landscapers Provider Name Locked
we agreed to a sprinkler repair job that has never happened. The company is very difficult to interact with if you don't like phone calls. They don't check or respond to any emails. With them already needing to return to finish off the wall, i asked them to take on 4 new adjacent projects. He was late for a couple of appts so i had to leave for work and was not able to meet. You can get no work done with this company. Everything is a request for a meeting in person. When we talked, i agreed that i'd send details via email describing the project and they never responded to the email.
Bottom line. If you want to use email, don't use this company. Nice guys, responsible, but slow to schedule and have to follow up multiple times to get them to do the work you discussed (e.g . my sprinkler fix).

did a terrific job and was very pleasant to work with. The only thing I had to do was provide the plants. He gave guidance on where some plants would look better and the results are wonderful. I will buy a few more plants and he's offered to come out himself to install them at no extra charge. His crew worked so very hard all day long and cleaned up our front yard perfectly before leaving. I will use ONLY Yane's going forward.

"The good:
Sammamish Landscapers Provider Name Locked
turned up on time for our appointment and offered good suggestions. He was prompt in response for $ quote for particular work.
The bad:It took 2 calls to get the consutation appointment set up. Because his base is far away from the Eastside he wanted to schedule visits together and hence scheduling was a little tricky. He took 3 weeks to provide the design on paper despite me asking for it multiple times. The aim of the big deal was to get a consutation and a plan to EITHER go to another service provider or hire him for the job. The design provided was hand drawn and not to scale and therefore not something I could hand to another company and say 'here - implement this'. This part is quite a shame because otherwise I liked the suggestions and might have even hired him for the complete project. However, needing to chase up for the design and then it being such a disappointment was not professional.
As a side note, I've purchased a few of the Angie's List BIG DEALs and in the future I will stay away from them. The service providers generally seem overwhelmed with the response and while they seem a great deal on paper it's hit and miss in reality even whether the price you actually pay is worth it.
