I can't say enough good things about these folks: all businesses should operate this way. When I first contacted them about the needed repairs, they replied promptly. After every question I asked, I received a prompt, on-point, thorough answer. The things I needed done were not emergencies, so I told them that whenever they could find time they could do them. They promptly scheduled an appointment about 3 weeks in the future. I somehow feel that if I had had an emergency, they might have been able to get to me much quicker.
On the day of the visit, they arrived promptly, and found the townhouse and the visitor parking on their own. Both workers were intelligent, analytical, skilled, good listeners, thorough, efficient, careful and knew how to do everything on the list. They went to Home Depot on their own for supplies. We talked about one potential future project, not in the maintenance and repair category, and they said the would be able to do that as well (install new French doors). They were friendly and polite and a delight to have in the house.
I engaged them to do work on my daughter's house, which is in their service area. I am so impressed with them that I want to pay them travel time and mileage to work on my house (not in their service area).
I think the best thing about them is that they are able to do so many different things. If you have a whole list of things requiring different skill sets and find it discouraging to have to locate a group of different people and set up different appointments, I would definitely run everything past these folks first. They're outstanding.

Within a week the hinges were in, and Bill was very gracious to offer to install the new hinges for us at no cost, even though we had installed the original doors ourselves. Lomos came out and installed the hinges in a timely manner and was so polite.
I really appreciate that kind of service, many companies these days are not customer oriented. I would recommend the Ethos products, because behind their products stands a very professional and genuine owner and staff. Thanks Bill!

It took some time to start the job, after the owner, Rod, took some advances. He later explained that he had to fire his framer for some unacceptable behavior on another job and hence the delay. Once we got started, it moved on smoothly. Because he wanted economy of scope, we started both projects about the same time. Again, he got other jobs and he had to go to a weekend only mode for my job . He explained that and I did not mind, because we had some time before we moved. The job is substantially done, except for delays in selection caused by us. We were so pleased, we had our whole house painted by his crew. This was a rush job because we were close to our moving date. Rod came in and laid down plastic sheets and the crew was super efficient - - a large crew at that - - and everything done in two days. The owner, has a good disposition and a humorous way; he comes clean when something goes wrong and makes it up. I liked the straight talk, no lying at all. We keep using him as a handyman for a number of things. We had a kitchen leak, and he came right away. I am using his services for some garage shelving that is still going on. Will have another review when this is done. Our repeat business to this guy should say it all. He does get in when we are not around and no cause for complain on that count.

The minute I opened the front door to let the workers in they knew exactly what my problems were and how to fix everything. Hinges were reinforced, the top and bottom latches on the stationary door were re-aligned so that the latches now went firmly into place. The entire job took less than an hour and I can now shut my door with the push of one finger and the lock slides easily into place. They took great care to protect the oriental carpet in our entry way and cleaned up when the job was completed. Definitely worth the money and I will not hesitate to call them again if I ever have another door problem.

We have a 1940s bungalow with good bones and an excellent location. We had
Redmond Door Installers Provider Name Locked
do a complete kitchen,
laundry, dining, and bath remodel. We also had them create a kitchenette in my studio. I’d hire them again in a flash.
The kitchen in the house was tiny, and the dining room was small.
Redmond Door Installers Provider Name Locked
removed the wall between the rooms to create a
reasonably sized kitchen with a nook. The house is old and through the years has had many modifications. Most of them appeared to have been performed by armatures, so the job was particularly challenging.
We interviewed at least 6 contractors before we decided to go with
Redmond Door Installers Provider Name Locked
. I liked the way
Redmond Door Installers Provider Name Locked
engaged in determining/assessessing what he was going to have to do. He was the only contractor who looked closely at the particular problems my house posed. I felt that he had a good grasp of the challenges he faced, and was more realistic with charges. I was sure he knew, going in, what to expect with my particular house, and that I wasn’t going to get a surprise bill for something he didn’t anticipate.
From the beginning and throughout the process of redesigning my kitchen,
Redmond Door Installers Provider Name Locked
offered suggestions on how I could
save money. He was able to see things I didn’t see, because I was so engrossed in the details. He made suggestions that helped to make the finished product absolutely gorgeous. His workers are incredibly professional, and they always cleaned up after themselves.
Part of the job was to rip out the original hardwood floor in the dining, kitchen, & laundry room and
replace it with travertine. It was such a mess when
Redmond Door Installers Provider Name Locked
started. The dining area had
hardwood with laminated wood over it, the kitchen was about half an inch higher and had vinyl floor. The laundry room was a little higher than that and had subfloor only that was higher than the other two. It all had to be pulled up. The guys were great. They set a large quantity of the old hardwood slats aside for me to use in another part of the house where the wood floor had been burned and patched.
Redmond Door Installers Provider Name Locked
has really good ideas. He is dependable, honest, and very talented. He helped pick out the travertine tiles, and was
very helpful when I was overwhelmed by the choices of granite/marble. He also has a great crew that does wonderful work. I would highly recommend
Redmond Door Installers Provider Name Locked
for any job that
Redmond Door Installers Provider Name Locked
believes he can take on. I think he’s very good at gauging what needs to be done, and if he says he can do it well, I’d believe him.

The prices were very competitive and they were not pushy and they explained all of the products to us. We did speak to other companies but they were very pushy and did not do a good job of explaining all of the products to us and when I asked them about a particular window they said they had never heard of that before. Working with this company was a very satisfying experience for us except for the clean up after the job was finished. We would consider using this company in the future if necessary.

When we realized that our doors had rotted and we had a mess in our bonus room, we started the arduous task of calling companies and contractors. After calling 5 different companies and contractors, we only had one company who felt they could handle our job. When we called

Brown came out to give us an estimate. He was knowledgeable, competent and confident discussing what we needed to do in terms of the doors and repair work to our sub-floor. We chose to go with fiberglass doors and composite jambs to prevent rotting in the future .

Installation was started and completed shortly after we purchased the new French doors. The quality of the work was excellent. The work included a number of steps that I would have never considered. One such step was the shimming of the sill plate of the wall to level the wall to ensure proper opening and closing. Other work included electrical modifications, framing, drywall, and re-siding the exterior for a larger door opening. The workers were very courteous and provided an explanation of all their work. No stress involved!

This was basically a disaster handled well by the contractor. Work quality was excellent and they got things done as fast as they could. All the waiting involved ordering components we never expected to buy. I recommend these guys without reservation.
