"Dealer kept me informed. When I went to pick up, their computer system crashed, so, after I'd waited a while, they encouraged me to go to lunch with my friend," on their tab. When the system still wasn't up on our return, they arranged to deliver the paperwork to my house (50 miles away) to complete the transaction. Very pleasant to deal with!

brought me to tears with their demeanor and terrible customer service. I would suggest using this company instead.

For sale, here is another answer I previously gave to same type question -

Sounds like your biggest problem will be narrowing your list to a limited number of models, and deciding what brand names you are willing to consider to narrow the field.

You can search for websites blogging complaints for each model you are considering to see how they rate with users, and you can also go to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration website at     www.nhtsa.gov     to see how many recalls there have been on a specific model and year.

Most dealers these days have websites with their listed prices for new and used cars that you can browse to get an idea of available listed prices.

I would also recommend that you check out the used car values (free) for models you might be interested in on    www.edmunds.com    and on Kelley Blue Book  -  www.kbb.com

Those 2 sources will give you a lot of negotiating power, because they list what the dealer pays the manufacturer on new cars, shows what people have been paying for each vehicle model and model year, and shows used valuations also. There are undoubtedly other such sources also - these are just the ones I have used and seem to be the best known.

Car Sales reviews in Randle

They had a car that was ordered for me and it was supposed to have 54 miles on it. It was supposed to be available on Monday and wasn’t available until Tuesday. The title had 54 miles on it but when I got in the car it showed 114 miles. I left this place with a serious feeling of mistrust. They did not provide me with a receipt or bill of sale until the title was sent. The only proof that I had of my purchase was the receipt of the deposit for the car.

did offer to look at my car after 30 days of my purchase. They also offered a free oil change after some time, I would rather go somewhere else. In addition, the company was extremely sloppy with their paperwork. I also found their attitude during the sale very agonizing and patronizing.

We have been using their services for about seven years now. They give you a rating sheet for each visit and they bend over backwards for their customers. They are very friendly and provide quick service. They last completed the oil change and undercoat in about an hour. I will continue to use their services.

It was wonderful. They were busy but very accomodating. They bent over backwards to move people through quickly. Very pleasant atmosphere. They are very trusting and honest about the pricing. They were fair about the trade in.

We were there for three hours. The saleswomen had no idea about any packages and had to talk to sales people. She did not know her product. On the trade in, they low balled us over $2,000 from the

They asked my wife for her driver's license. She gave it to them to copy. However, they never returned it. We asked about it and they stated they gave it back. She looked all through her purse but it was not there. We went to another dealership down the street and when they asked for her license, we explained that it was lost at the

dealership. They said that heppens to a lot of people. They keep the license so the customer can't buy a car anywhere else. They were kind enough to pull up the DMV record and print a copy of my wife's license. She used that printout for about 10 days until she could go to the DMV to get a new license.
