"I don't usually like dealing with car salesmen its kind of like going to the dentist you know you have to go but its going to hurt. The salesmen at Royal gate" Dodge made the whole new car buying experience very easy and enjoyable. I dealt with
and
, they work as a team. One does the leg work the other does paper work. It works quite well. If you are going to buy a new or used Dodge,
,
or Ram truck check these guys out. They did me right.

"The Service Center is very comfortable and modern. TV, tables, sofa's, free beverages and free WiFi. They are much faster then I remember 5 years ago and they" have adjusted their prices down to be more competitive. Cliff Stoufer is the best Service Associate and keeps me informed as the work progressives. I'm sold on their service department and I am not going back to the Mom & Pop shops

Sounds like your biggest problem will be narrowing your list to a limited number of models, and deciding what brand names you are willing to consider to narrow the field.

You can search for websites blogging complaints for each model you are considering to see how they rate with users, and you can also go to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration website at     www.nhtsa.gov     to see how many recalls there have been on a specific model and year.

Most dealers these days have websites with their listed prices for new and used cars that you can browse to get an idea of available listed prices.

I would also recommend that you check out the used car values (free) for models you might be interested in on    www.edmunds.com    and on Kelley Blue Book  -  www.kbb.com

Those 2 sources will give you a lot of negotiating power, because they list what the dealer pays the manufacturer on new cars, shows what people have been paying for each vehicle model and model year, and shows used valuations also. There are undoubtedly other such sources also - these are just the ones I have used and seem to be the best known.

I went to go look at a car to buy and the sales person yelled at me. He was very rough and was not helpful from the beginning. He rushed me and stated that he knew when he saw us we would not buy anything. I was very displeased with the my experience and called

They give you two years of free maintenance. They are quick and efficient. The sales process was good enough. They have recently built a new dealership and maintenance center and it is very nice looking.

They are open from 5 AM to 11 PM which is fantastic for my work schedule. They also provide a free loner car so I can leave my car there and come back later to pick it up. I do not have to have an appointment and they always get it done the same day unless they find a more serious issue. They always do a good job and I will absolutely continue to use them.
