" My 18 yr old son had new snow tires put on his car. They didn't give his all season tires back. Just purchased his used car in August and the tires were" brand new. They should have asked him if he wanted them, he didn't know to ask and I presumed they put them in the
. When you buy SNOW tires it should be common sense to give the ALL-SEASONS back to the customer. Did they think he was going to drive on snow tires in the Sping and Summer? They offered me a 50% discount at $86 a tire. I just spent $400 on new snow tires. I feel they they stole my all season tires and now want me to purchase new ones. FYI....went to
Corporate office, and the auto stores are individually owned and have the last say.

"I cancelled my order and went to 4-Star in Colfax and purchased new tires and had them installed the same day at a designated time. I will not go back to Evergreen" since they now have new management who only care about dollars!

My husband and I were stuck in the snow on a rural gravel road. When we called for roadside assistance, our vehicle manufacturer's service wouldn't help us because we weren't "within ten feet of a government maintained paved road." Our car insurance service was willing to help, but could only find one company who was willing to work in our area and that truck couldn't get to us for three hours. It was an extremely cold night, so we decided to take matters into our own hands. We called

Towing because it was the first towing company that came up in

results. After our previous experiences, we were surprised to hear a pleasant voice at the other end of the phone (at 3:00 in the morning, mind you). Help quickly arrived as promised. The driver obviously very knowledgable with using his truck and navigating snowy roads. My husband and I were intrigued to watch him work as he towed, wenched, and hauled our car up the last eighth of a mile of our road. After five hours of my husband and I attempting to get ourselves up the road with snow chains and waiting for other services to arrive, we were thrilled that only an hour of tow work was needed to accomplish the task. The price was extremely reasonable for the conditions, time of day, and effort, too. We'd expected a bill of around $300 based on the prices posted by other towing companies. We were only charged $150. It was well worth the cost. I just wish we had called

The manager stayed on top of his parts supplier to make sure the repair work wasn't delayed. The mechanic tested parts of the air conditioning system before replacing them, which saved about $600 vs, their original estimate. When is the last time you spent $600 less on car repairs than you expected?

We have taken both of our cars to Hillside for many years. They've always done good work and we've never felt ripped off or taken advantage of. This visit resulted from sudden rough idling after hitting a bump. We dropped off the car Sunday night. It was fixed the next day and runs quieter now with no problems.

My car battery and the remote starter they installed needed to be re-programmed. They did it free of charge in a quick & efficient manner. The customer service is excellent.

AMAZING. This company has been in business for 40 years and it has been family owned the whole time for people wanting to stay local. They drove me to work for free after I dropped my car off , and they even stayed after hours so I could get my car after work. They did a great job and I felt like the job was executed perfectly. I purchased a big deal to get my oil changed so the price felt right. However, I did see that they normally charge $94 an hour for labor. Which I think is high but most businesses locally owned are a little higher. Will be going back, very friendly family and staff.

When I arrived, I was told I could not have the tires put on the front of my front wheel drive car. They are required to place them on the back. I agreed to have my tire alignment checked. Forty-five minutes after they took my car into the shop area, I was told he had looked everywhere and he could not find any of the four tires I had been told were in stock. I was told they had tires for my car but they were more expensive. I agreed to purchase two of them. I explained I no longer had time for an alignment. He stated he was sorry for the delay and they would just put the two tires on the front of the vehicle, which they did. It was going to cost me $50.00 to put the new tires on the back and put the back tires on the front. I was charged $65.96 to put the new tires on the front. When I left NTB, I noticed my car had a shimmy. It was especially noticeable at highway speed. My husband took my vehicle to a local mechanic to have it checked. He was told the new tires were not balanced when they were put on my car. I have not had any shimmy since the mechanic balanced the tires.

This seems to be a well run family business that cares about customer service. All around nice, thoughtful people, thorough in their communication. They all strived to do a good job and insure that we were satisfied. I would recommend to friends or family and would go back for any of these services.
They worked with us on the price and gave us a break where they could. I thought the repair work was very reasonably priced and the autobody work prices seemed to be comparable to work we've had done at other places.
The customer service couldn't be beat.
