" well and was prompt and professional. He took the time to point out key things that we should be looking for on an ongoing basis. He provided" great documentation and was friendly.

" was informative and helpful on our preliminary call. I was having condensation problems with a system install by SWAT. Even though the system" was just over a year old SWAT would not return to even look at it . and Rusty arrive as scheduled and were thorough with their quote explanation and the repair. I feel that they will stand behind their work.

Radon Detection

Radon is a colorless, odorless gas that occurs as a decay byproduct of uranium and thorium. Radon forms naturally in the environment, and low levels can be detected in soil, rock and ground water. Homeowners that inhale radon are at risk of lung cancer and even death.

Radon Testing reviews in Longview

responded quickly to my request for service and provided a quote over the phone ($500). He was able to schedule an appointment within a few days of my initial contact.
Our builder had already installed the piping and electrical service needed for radon mitigation, so installed a radon exhaust fan ...More in the pipe, sealed the cracks in our basement floor, added a manometer to monitor the air pressure, and scheduled a follow-up radon test. He did this all within about 90 minutes. He cleaned up all the areas where he worked.
Unfortunately, because of the way our builder laid the foundation, this initial mitigation did not quite hit the EPA standard...though it came very close. For a fairly small additional fee ($200), returned the following week to install a larger fan and schedule a followup radon test. The larger fan did the job and our radon level is now below the EPA recommended amount.
Although we probably would have no need for additional radon mitigation work on our house, I would definitely recommend to others (and have).

First, was EXTREMELY responsive when they ageed to come out on a Friday with one days notice after the bank refused to close on a home until a radon system was installed. That was much appreciated. Second, as an engineer, I was very interested that the system was installed properly so I was very involved in the details of location ...More and construction. No problem there... they explained their logic on location and let me decide. The leader on the job was excellent in terms of attention to construction detail. I was very happy with the results in terms of system location, construction and post installtion radon readings. The radon level decreased from >9 pCi/L to <2 pCi/L.

11/13/15RaData ( ) and his technicians did an outstanding job advising, explaining, and installing a radon mitigation system for us. invested the time needed to help with the decisions that needed to be made. I very much appreciate the quality of the work, attention to my concerns and the care taken. 5 ...More Stars without reservation!

The estimate was exact in measuring the site and explaining what was involved with an active radon mitigation system. The installation team worked carefully and tirelessly to complete the project. Everyone I dealt with at was upfront and professional. provided excellent service at a competitive price. i

was very helpful on the phone and by email and very responsive. At this point in time, they are one of the few mitigators guaranteeing levels at 2.0 and had the best guarantee of any of the providers. They provided the guarantee in writing. I would have gone with them, but they were not available in the quick window that I needed. ...More Cost was at the level of the other providers.

was very responsive and answered dozens of my questions promptly by email which I very much appreciated.
guarantees a 2.0 radon level which many companies do not. That was a big factor in my selecting . Everything went well and radon was mitigated below 2.0. I was very happy ...More with the work. They are also certified by the MN Dept of Health. A list of providers who are certified is on the Dept of Health website and I would only choose one who is on that list with the extra qualification of diagnostic testing. is on that list and there are a handful of other companies as well. Some were so busy they were not really interested in the work. I found to be extremely helpful and willing to guarantee a 2.0 which he delivered. Very happy.

From the initial contact with the company to the actual work day itself, was punctual, polite and very thorough. Everything was explained and any questions were answered. The work was done quickly and the cleanup was very thorough. I would recommend their services.

did a great job! He treated the installation as if he was doing it in his own house. Continuous Test, showed Radon levels averaged over "12" and after the system was installed, he got the average down below "1". He installed it in a very good location in the house and it is not even visible.
