"The chair lift itself works well and it is a blessing to have. I would order from this company again because the finished product and work is very good, and the price for all was very reasonable.

"The provider accommodated our rather urgent need to have the installation performed within less than a week of our agreement to purchase the unit. The installation itself went very" smoothly, adequate training on how to use the unit was provided, cleanup was thorough, and stair the lift has been operating flawlessly the past 11 weeks.

"It is a national company and they do a little bit of everything to help me out. I had back surgery and I am just not able to do much yet. They seem to be here on time and are always" willing to do things that I ask them to do. They seem to be available when I need them to. I have only had them for a couple of weeks. I have long term care insurance and I have been dealing with them direct. The quality of care has been excellent. To begin with she came and helped me take a shower, because I had a big bandage on my back that needed to be changed and covered before I could shower. They did a very good job and the young lady was some kind of nurse. The young lady is from Guatemala and she speaks English, but sometimes it is a little hard for me to understand what she is saying. Their customer service seems to be okay. The head
has been here and is very nice. She came out and filled out all the paperwork for us. She got everything ready for us.

Very difficult to get messages through to anyone there They seem to not receive faxes or ignore them. I always have to call to get them to act on a doctor's order that was faxed to them. I am waiting on an overnight O2 study now. There are a few individuals that work for
Longview Handicap Ramps Provider Name Locked
that I like but I am looking for another provider and would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. Sorry, I didn't see this was

The water heater was installed without a problem and the owner stayed to see that the work was done right. He is higher in price then some lower estimates I received but I feel I got the right man for the job

He came out right away so that we could get my mother home. He immediately installed things for me. They pricing was excellent. Everything is very sturdy. He called me from the supply company to ask if I needed for him to pick up a bath cahir for my mom. He went above and beyond. He cancelled things on his personal schedule to help me. He did not even charge me extra to install the showerhead that I had bought. He called Norco to get the measurements for my mother's chair just to make sure that it would fit through the door opening. I cannot believe the wonderful service I have received. He even thought to ask about my mother today.

This entire transaction exceed our expectations in all respects. We visited the
Longview Handicap Ramps Provider Name Locked
showroom 2 weeks ago to test the stair lifts they sell. This visit was extremely helpful and the sales representative was completely professional. We had searched the internet beforehand for information and were satisfied that the price and quality of the unit we selected were what we wanted. The showroom visit confirmed what we had learned and provided an opportunity to see the unit in person. A representative visited our home a week later to take detailed measurements and schedule an installation date. Installation was prompt and the technician was highly professional and courteous.

The overall experience has been satisfactory.
Longview Handicap Ramps Provider Name Locked
worked with us and he was absolutly wonderful. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant however dealing with the rest of company is not as pleasurable. Communication is a big problem when you are trying to reach someone. Other technicians are not as knowledgeable. It may take awhile to hear back.

Since I got it I had to replace the battery and it has worked fine. I ask him about leaving it in the garage because I didn't really need it at the time. He said If I charge it once a month it should be fine so I did that but when I used it the battery would die to quickly. I called them and they next day they came and replaced the battery. I didn't have to pay for they replacement.
