We should have left when we were there for over an hour before anyone came to help us. When someone finally came to help us, they just said "go pick out what you want". We had no idea what we were looking at. We knew that we wanted carpet and vinyl, but that was all we knew for sure. Our house has both cement and wood floors. We found out who was going to be doing the installation and called them to see if they were going to come out to see what they were going to need to do because we had concerns about some of our wooden floors. First we were told that everything was fine only to find out that it wasn't. Part of it had to be replaced. They said we had to be two rooms ahead of the installers. We had to hurry

to get things moved. It was supposed to take two days for installation of the carpet and two days for the vinyl. It took seven days of work to get it all done. We never found out how many yards or sq ft we were looking at. We were never told where the seams were going to be or which direction the design would be going. (We were told that we would receive a printout of all that.) We found out when the installer was almost finished doing the room (which is kind of too late). When the vinyl came in, the factory had sent the wrong quantities.

We only needed underlayment for 2 1/2 baths and a medium-sized kitchen. We sent back over 20 sheets plus a bunch of other things we paid for and didn't need. By my estimates, we paid about $7,000.00 for carpet, vinyl, etc. we were supposed to get the installation of carpet free because we bought the better carpet. So the remainder is for labor on vinyl? We tried to contact the salesman a few times but first he was helping someone but they would have him call us back. When he didn't return our call, we tried again. This time he was at lunch. He never returned any of our calls. Every day held a new challenge with

Overall we had a good experience.

built the fence, as requested and it looks very nice. The contractors who actually did the building were great, they made several changes to the fence at our request as they were building it. The main issues we had were poor communication from the sales person from

who we worked with initially and his communication of what they were supposed to do to the contractors. Fence location and specific details about the fence installation (such as gate size) were not communicated to the builders. The builders/contractors were great and made the changes for us once we noticed things not going as we understood them. The other major issue was with the gates. After a short period of time they became impossible to open. It seems to be a combination of the incredibly cheap latch mechanism and the natural settling of the fence. We have had them come back out twice to "fix" the gates and we still have one that can't be opened.
We would definitely do business with this provider again, overall we had a good experience.

Could have ripped me off but was just honest, professional and quick.
NOTE: This company is mainly a Stihl dealer and i did not know that they in fact handle all brands.
I tried another company on 3 previous occasions and was glad I made the switch

They charged $55 for pickup and delivery combined for both vehicles and returned them three days later. Because the lawn equipment was not used in a long period they needed to look at it before they gave me a price, They do charge for estimates.

Flashing around chimney has gap between shingles and bottom of old flashing. They did not remove the old flashing and reset flashing against new shingles. resulting in leaks into house when ice dams formed.
Some of the shingles along the ridge of the roof has strips of bare fiberglass almost evenly spaced on many of them.
There is also now a warped end of the decking protruding above the

The roofing forman and a supervisor finally came out and looked over our complaints after numerous phone calls and 2 trips to the office with photographs of the areas of concern and we have not heard from them since. 2 months ago.

The carpet has many visual defects after one year of use. There are loose threads on the seams and between the rooms. There are multiple spots in the nap where the weave has loosened and loops have pulled up from the surface. The carpet has a 20 year warranty.

They promised a deliver date that came and went which held up our entire build schedule. They are a nightmare to deal with. They don't have samples of what you need to order. Horrible customer service. Items received way beyond the promised deliver date. Items were delivered damaged, and or with missing parts.

Despite a few hiccups scheduling (initial order was automatically set to deliver the next day without contacting us as was expected and we live out of state so that was a problem, then the delivery was cancelled due to the item not arriving in stock by the delivery date and the subsequent delivery was scheduled for a completely different date than agreed upon) the actual delivery and hookup went smoothly. The delivery drivers were nice and conscientious.
I recommend verifying the date of delivery a few days before you expect the item just to be sure the date is correct!
