Tree Service Reviews in Issaquah

It was not good from the start. First, they cancelled on the day to arrive. When it was rescheduled, they never returned my call. They finally showed up around noon, after another call from me. They cut the tree's requested, but made a mess of everything, and didn't clean up very well after they finished. They trimmed one, and made a mess of it. I dough it will survive. They didn't trim the other tree's that were plainly marked. All of this when it was explained from me and their agent. Finally they just left, and didn't say a word. They are off my list for any other work I might need in the future. mm

Did what they said, left area clean. Ground up/chipped all tree debris, put chips where directed. Got name from Angie, called, he was out within a day or two. Very prompt, professional. Also knows the area where I live, which helps. Crew of four-him, two guys and his wife. Quick, efficient, highly recommend. And the price was fair.

Tree Service reviews in Issaquah

The only reason I rated this service low was because of delay in performing the service. I had Butch come out to survey my yard and give me advice on what needed to be done. He wrote up an estimate; he called back a few days later and we set a date for the work to be done as I was leaving town and wanted it completed before my departure. However they cancelled the appointment a few days before but said they would do it the next weekend. My house-sitter reported that they couldn't come then because of high winds....but they didn't come for the entire month. They called twice but couldn't reschedule. After I returned and called them to express my displeasure on the delay, they "got their act together" and finally came and did the job. It was done perfectly. I was very pleased with the thoroughness and cleanup. It just took a long time to get it done! But I am understanding of at least some of their issues and overall am impressed with their work. I was a bit shocked at the price but I think that's the going rate now.

) gave us a perfect experience from start to finish; initial meeting and estimate through clean-up and haul-away. In addition to complete knowledge and skill, he and his team were timely, efficient, courteous, thorough, and safe. We have a fairly large, treed property and have had lots of tree work done over the years. This was - hands down - our best experience ever! We will definitely use

We saw the great reviews on Angie's List and decided to contact the company to see how much it would cost to remove a few tree stumps in our yard. A couple of them were huge stumps.

came out the next day (5/8) and gave a reasonable estimate. And the crew came out today (5/9) to get the work done.
And they were great. The stumps by the street you cannot even tell they were there before. The stumps in back were done very efficiently. When I got home, they were finishing up. Very courteous. Cleaned up after themselves.
We would recommend them to anyone to have stumps removed.

We need to have a quote done for some tree service and hedge work.

Corno came out and quoted us on two different quotes. We needed a hedge replaced because a care crashed into it and it was an insurance claim and we need to have a tree that was dying removed.

came out a quoted us on the jobs. Without us agreeing for him to do the job his crew was at our house with only our children at home and were cutting down the tree. There bid was more expensive than another company we were going to use and we were not going to have them do the job.
In regards to the Hedge the clean up was poor and we ended up down some of the work ourselves. Some of the plants they planted later died. The tree that they removed without our approval was to include stump and root grinding. They didn't even grind it below the lawn level and i had to spend hours cutting away at the stump and roots so we could plant grass. We negotiated a lower price on the tree but the whole job wasn't done professionally nor was the communication from the company.

was very prompt in scheduling the consultation appointment and showed up exactly on time to talk to us about what we needed done. He pointed out other trees and issues that he noticed, and gave us several options of how we wanted the stumps to look, and how they would best serve the area they were in. We were given options for what we wanted to do with the wood after the trees came down, and knew exactly what to expect for the day the work was done.
On the day of tree removal, I had to go to work, and when I returned, the wood was exactly how he described it would be for us to use as we pleased, and there was no sign of major work having been done, with everything completely cleaned up and in order. An extra bonus was a very cute bench he made out of a few tree slabs for fun that he offered to remove if we didn't like it, but we love it. I have already recommended his company to relatives.
Overall, very professional, courteous, timely and highly recommended.

Great job! we called on Wednesday, and they were out the same day with a bid. Job completed the next day.

They were on time and tidy and friendly and very knowledgeable about tree types, sunlight and exposure, position on the lot, etc. They pruned and shaped and thinned our old very valuable trees for the first time in the 12 years that we'd lived there. The trees looked beautiful afterwards. I had no idea our yard could look that good!

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT RESPECT PROPERTY RIGHTS. They were working on my neighbors yard, and I specifically told the supervisor not to cut ANY trees on my property. I went back in my house, and 10 minutes later they were cutting 2 of my trees. I tried to discuss this with them, and they would not take any responsibility for their actions. Unfortunately, I had to pursue legal action to resolve the issue.
