Federal Way Pet Memorials Provider Name Locked
was recommended to us 2 years ago by a friend who used their services for her dog. Last December, our elderly dog's health was continuing to decline, and we decided to no longer treat any new health issues, but to allow nature to take its course. That's when we called
Federal Way Pet Memorials Provider Name Locked
. While I called initially to talk about home euthanasia (so I would know what was available when we needed it), I talked to the owner,
Federal Way Pet Memorials Provider Name Locked
, about all their services. What attracted us to sign up for their services right away was their home hospice care, which supported our decision to provide palliative care for our dog (who had a long list of health issues). Their hospice service allowed us remain committed to our decision about palliative care and avoid traumatizing our dog with unnecessary trips to the vet or the emergency vet.
They came to our home and did an initial analysis of the dog's situation. And during the next six months of our dog's life, we relied on
Federal Way Pet Memorials Provider Name Locked
and her staff to coach us through the ups and
Federal Way Pet Memorials Provider Name Locked
of an older dog in declining health. We called
Federal Way Pet Memorials Provider Name Locked
several times late at night (11:00 PM or so) and they answered the phone promptly and patiently listened, then walked us through how to help/stablize the dog for the evening. Their 24/7 availability was invaluable to us and the peace of mind it gave us to know we always had "backup" with questions or issues was worth every penny. They coordinated/worked with our vet -- and provided coaching to us as we struggled with determining when it "was time." They were fabulous with our dog...and with us.
When it was clear we needed to euthanize our dog, we called
Federal Way Pet Memorials Provider Name Locked
and they were extremely flexible with our timing needs. The staff came to our home and handled our dog with respect and gentleness...and they were very kind to us -- explaining every step of the process. Their service allowed us to euthanize our dog in the same spot where she had been sleeping all day -- so we didn't have to move her or traumatize her with a final trip to the vet.
We choose to have
Federal Way Pet Memorials Provider Name Locked
cremate our dog...and when we picked up her remains, they had included a plaster cast of her paw print and locks of her hair -- very thoughtful. And once again, the staff was very kind and respectful.
We would highly recommend
Federal Way Pet Memorials Provider Name Locked
and we would not hesitate to use them again.

We had a goat called Boots that needed to be euthanasia do to continued medical problems. It was on the weekend that he became very sick again and my husband and I sadly decided it was time to end his suffering. We were new to the area and did not know any vets for goats. We called a few but no one would come to our home especially on the week-end. Finally we called
Federal Way Pet Memorials Provider Name Locked
. They were very understanding of how unhappy we were with our decision and wanted Boots our goat to be put to sleep here at our home and as soon as possible.

was incredible. He was very professional and it was obvious
that he really wanted it to be the best experience for us as this sort
of thing goes. He was prompt, compassionate, and his demeanor and words
were of great comfort to us. Most importantly we never felt rushed at
all and the care he provided was top notch.

I cannot say enough good things about this organization. They were truly wonderful at a very painful time for our family. I called to make arrangements a week ahead of time because we knew what was coming. They were very sympathetic and caring, helping us through the process and handling any requests we had. They picked up our pet from the vet and we picked up the creamains from them (by choice, they would have sent them back to the vet, if we wished.) Their facility is very peaceful and their staff continued to be as caring as they were on the phone. They provide many options and I thought the prices were more than reasonable. We chose to bury our pet's ashes at home, so at our request they put his cremains in biodegradable packaging. The price listed above includes transporting our pet from the vet to their facility and cremation (cremation price based on weight - our pet was 90lbs). I would recommend them to everyone.

After a year of fighting our beloved German
Federal Way Pet Memorials Provider Name Locked
"s cancer, we had him euthanized. A representative from
Federal Way Pet Memorials Provider Name Locked
came in about an hour even though it was a Saturday. My husband and I stayed with our boy after he died because we were not ready to let him go.
The man who came (can't remember his name) was so very kind and thoughtful. He explained what would happen and how our dog's remains would be treated with dignity. He also explained how the business ensures that each pet's cremains are returned to the family. He even told us a story about how his own dog died.
He told us that we could have the cremains back the next day. We opted to receive them on Monday.
We received a very nice wooden box with our dog's name. We also got a condolence card from Faithful Companions.
Their consideration went a long way towards helping us feel that we did the best we could for our dog. Euthanizing a pet, even after a long illness, can be very, very tough. It matters how the people who help you respond.
We hope we don't need them again because we want our dogs to die in their sleep at a very old age. If the need arises we will definitely go with Faithful Companions.

We had made heart felt decision to finally put our believed dog to sleep after a long illness. We pre- arranged a time after he was put to sleep for pick-up for his remains to be cremated. The pre- arranged time came and went. After many phone calls to driver "

" and the office to a "

" service arrived an hour late while we remained with our beloved pet not at any time was an apology rendered nor a courtesy call of delayed pick up received. Given a traumatic moment I was horrified by the lack of empathy.

was awesome. Our cat took a very quick turn for the worst and was in her final stages of renal failure and didn't want her to suffer any longer than she had too. And we felt that she deserved better than passing on a steel table in a vet's office. We left a message late at night and she returned our call promptly at 6am and went over our cat's condition and she also briefly explained services provided and she was able to be there the same morning at 8am.
When she arrived she explained the process to us and how it would go. She was very gentle with handling her during the process.

made sure that she was in no pain and she passed very calmly and peacefully in front of her fireplace. Once she had passed she discussed all the packages provided and we went with the highest (Platinum) plan because she was worth every penny of it. She also provided us with a paw print of our cat in clay for a keepsake and shaved off a bit of her hair for us to keep. Then once all the paperwork was done, she gently wrapped up our cat and let us use a blanket of hers. She was all wrapped up tight like a baby.

said that once she was cremated and her ashes were ready she would call us and drop them off to us. She said it would probably be early in the week, but then called us Sunday afternoon and we had her back a lot sooner than we thought. When we got her back, the urn was beautiful and we also received another paw print, a small necklace with her remains, and we will be getting a garden stone for her in about 4 weeks.
Yes, it was 600 dollars, but we think that with what was provided as far as care and services it was worth every penny. Our cat meant the world to us and know she will be able to be with us forever. It was a small price to pay for an eternity of love and memories.

, the owner, was wonderful. He came over the day I called to pick up our dog from our home. He was very careful and respectful with her. He saw I was a basket case, and was very patient with me, and even gave me a hug. He seems like a truly genuine, empathetic guy who loves animals. He brought her back to our home in a beautiful wooden box, with a gold plaque on it, with everything we had wanted to say on it. He also had a sympathy card, with her pawprint on it. I highly recommend his service.
