Work was completed on time as scheduled. Craftsmen were punctual and professional. Cost was a little more than I was expecting, but over all it was a nice installation and I would recommend them to prospective customers.

We visited several granite stores searching for the "perfect" granite for the island which was to be the focal point of the kitchen. We found it at
and were pleased it was a remnant. We asked them to hold it for us, as we weren't ready for it. They cheerfully put our name on it. As the kitchen remodel dragged out for an extra month, we would go visit our remnant and update the staff on our anticipated date of creating the template. In the meantime, we made the decision on the material for the other countertops. Finally, after the kitchen base cabinets were in place, the guys came out to make the templates. Very interesting process! A week later the countertops and island top were installed. Everything was done perfectly and neatly.
A few weeks later I decided I wanted a small backsplash added behind one counter. Communications seemed to break down at this point as phone calls and emails weren't returned. After four weeks, the additional backsplash was installed for the reasonable price of only $200.
I am very pleased with the overall outcome of the project. Except for the confusion or lack of communication regarding the backsplash everything was professional, perfect and looks gorgeous. I definitely recommend.

I found some beautiful, round tiles (of many different sizes) in a design center in San

. I talked with several tile installers, who said it would be a difficult job - I wanted no "flat" edges, I wanted the backsplash to look effervescent. When I spoke with Nataliya at

, she asked me to send her photos. She responded very quickly that yes, they could do it just as I imagined. Once I was ready, the appointment was scheduled right away and Dzmitry came out to do the job. He was knowledgeable, friendly and did the job just as I had envisioned. I couldn't be happier with the work Dzmitry did, or the wonderful service displayed by Nataliya. I have already recommended them and will again, given the opportunity. Thank You!!!

The coordination of carpentry, installations of counter tops, pocket door, etc., and the flooring was well handled. The workmen, were all pleasant and helpful. The tub installation was amazing.

I had a very positive experience with this company, they care about doing a quality job. I got an estimate and then after I decided to go with it I met

(owner) at a granite slab place in Puyallup. We looked at the actual slabs that could be used and I ended up selecting one that was about $300 more than my estimate (there were a lot of choices in the entry level slabs that were included, I just really loved this one for the room it was going into). Next

came out to measure more completely than in the estimate, and I provided him with the undermount sink I had gotten (so they could cut the right hole). Also,

told me that he had a piece of leftover granite that was like the nicer area on my slab that we could use in this project if I wanted. I drove down to their shop in Parkland to see it and it was just beautiful, so

used that for the island and the nicer parts of the slab I had selected for the counters. This man really cares about helping his customers get the best possible results.

The shop cut and polished the counters and then they arrived as scheduled the next week to rip out the tile and install the granite. They had to problem solve some as they went as the installation of the existing cabinets was rather wonky, they took the time to do it right all the way through. They there from 9 am to 3 pm and then the job was done. They had their plumber come and hook up the new sink. Everything looks absolutely amazing!

As soon as budget allows I do plan to have them do a bathroom vanity or two- there is a lot of gorgeous rock around there shop and they can fabricate it to fit my needs.

This was a low budget job and
Federal Way Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
stayed on budget. He arranged the room putting the sink in front of the window where we wanted it. installed the countertop on the cabinets and the eating bar. He put in the ceramic tile backspash, that I requested. He brought a beautiful stone for the bathroom surround and had it installed. The whole project turned out well. I have never seen cabinets hung that straight. He didn't like one of the cabinet doors, ordered a new one and came back and changed it. Not sure he'd want to work with us again, LOL, but we would hire him again.

They were the sub-contractors that I hired through a granite company. I had some issues but it was not because of them. It was because the company that I was dealing with did not pay them. So, they were actually putting a

on my house. I worked with them privately to get that taken care of. It was easy enough to resolve but the company that they were working with ran out of business and they had a number of law suits against them. I was not the first person that it happened to.

was the owner of

and Granit and he was very good at what he did. His employees were Romanian and did not speak any English. So, there wasn't any kind of communication with them. When they were putting the counter tops in my kitchen, they slammed it against my refrigerator. So, there was a

in my refrigerator which would be the only complaint that I had against them although I noticed it much later. I would use them again in the future but I would pay a closer attention to what they would be doing.

Our kitchen remodel took about four weeks from start to finish. Half of that time was spent waiting for cabinets and counter tops to be ready.
Federal Way Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
gave us a list of places to go to get ideas for cabinets, lighting, counter tops, and fixtures. We did the shopping for appliances and lighting. After we had made our choices, he ordered our new cabinets, counter tops and fixtures so we could get them at his cost. We paid the manufacturer directly when things were delivered.
Federal Way Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
was very patient in answering all of our questions and had very good suggestions and feedback while we made our decisions. We felt totally comfortable having him work in our home when we were at work. We were impressed with how quickly he would complete projects and can honestly say he is an expert craftsman in all that he does. We are very pleased with our "new" kitchen and would highly recommend

Fairly well, kind of a newer business but beautiful selection of granite and very reasonably priced. Follow up on some detail work was postponed several times with no call for reason which is the only negative comment I would make. The installer,
