Business Description: We are a father-son remodel and deck business and do all of our own work. We subcontract and closely manage small amounts of specialty work; electrical, drywall, hardwood floors. We have no sales force and no additional crews; all dealings are with us.
We constantly update ourselves with manufacturer training and certifications to insure we are up to date and knowledgeable in all aspects of our business.
We have earned outstanding references and third party evaluations. We maintain all appropriate licenses, comply with all building codes and pull local permits whenever required. We execute our projects sequentially, not simultaneously, so when we start your project we finish it before moving on; no junping back and forth from job to job. We establish fair and reasonable progress payments that limit your exposure and ours.
We do great work, play by the rules and our lower overhead allows us to offer good pricing.
