Business Description: With a partner who has 25 years of construction; remodeling; and renovation work, our company can offer a wide variety of services which include, but is not limited to: Electrical; plumbing; carpentry; drywall; painting (interior & exterior; flooring (wood; vinyl; tile; slate); Sub-flooring; Window removal & installation; Shed & Garage Builds; Roof Repairs; Room additions; etc.. etc.. We offer services at affordable rates and generally bid on a proposal basis, however for small projects, our going rate is $65 per hour. We can provide materials or you can provide materials depending on the project. IF the project is a large project, we will bid a proposal to include all labor and material as we need to coordinate all processes. We have customers who are more than happy to share their experience in dealing with our company. Should you have an interest, please let us know you would like their information so it will help you make a great deciesion. We are licensed; Bodned; and Insured. Our trip charge is $65 should we come out and you decide not to use us. This chaarge disappears when you decide to have us begin the project. Angie's List customers recieve a 15% discount on their first project. Excluded Services: We do not provide landscaping work, but we can provide yard maintenance if you are desperate for someone affordable. We do not move furniture (however small or little). We do not do housekeeping or cleaning unless it is post construction. We do not take apart appliances to fix them; we only do appliance installation. We do not do window cleaning unless it is part of a Post Construction Clean project. We do not clean chimneys. Call us for more information.
