I purchased a certified used vehicle from
in 2008 and have been using their service department since that time. The purchase experience was good, no real pressure and I felt like I paid a fair price without a bunch of haggling. The service experience has been great overall, they always have the car ready when promised, have loaners available and even do things like change burned out light bulbs for free. Some of the service desk workers are better than others, recently one told me I needed an oil consumption test which I paid for only to learn from another worker that my car was not using a unusual amount of oil. That was probably the only bad experience I have had.

pretty standard process of negotiating a car price. Very satisfied with the vehicle. However, the vehicle did breakdown once, and was in the shop for over 2 weeks awaiting parts. It was under warranty and I got a loaner for the full two weeks, so no complaints. Would buy from them again.

Summary: After purchasing a used

car from another dealer, five sales people tried to scare me into return my car (so that I could buy from them) through speculation, intimidation, fear mongering and outright lying when all I wanted to do was buy an accessory for the car. I test drove an SUV from there a few days prior, but I ended up purchasing a different used

from a close by independent dealer. After signing the papers at the other dealer, I drove to

to pick up the iPod cable for my car. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly salesman, and I explained that all I needed was the cable. He started asking me questions about my vehicle, and (since I just purchased) he offered to run my VIN to ensure that my car was fine. They ran my VIN over the phone, and it (supposedly) came up as a red flagged vehicle, and they both started telling me how unreputable the dealer that I purchased from was. I was then escorted back to the used car department where they promised that there might be an iPod cable that they just could give me. When I got back there, they didn't even try to give me the cable. Instead, four more sales people were standing around shaking their heads at me and telling me horror stories about how my car might be a total lemon. Here's a short list of the things that they said: - Was sold at red light auction with frame damage (partially true - it was sold at auction and had a report of frame damage. However two mechanics checked out the frame and it is completely fine on my car). - Might not have airbags (untrue and probably illegal) - Perhaps had a different engine from a different model of the car (untrue) - Was repainted (untrue) - Warranty could be voided (scare tactic) -

doesn't report to Carfax, so the Carfax was useless (completely untrue - the maintenance *was* listed on the Carfax. Additionally I was able to call up the

dealer in PA where the car was at auction, and he told me over the phone the *entire* service history of the car, which matched what I had on the Carfax.) - The only way to find out what was wrong with my car was to give it to them and have their mechanics charge me $100-$300 for an inspection. It was hands-down the sleaziest thing that has ever happened to me. They ruined my experience of getting a new car just so that they could possibly make a buck.

Following the above, he suggested looking at a new car of comparable cost and size-the 2008 new car (comparable in the

) actually had more interior room and was the same price as the 2005 used car, and had the longest warranty of any new car. Looking back, I owe my wise purchase to the owner of

. Without his expertise, I would have had a car that had no warranty, and would not have anywhere near the value of the new one.

When I bought the car, I thought everything went really well. The only complaint that I have is the service department. After the sale I had to bring my car there and I couldn't t even get an appointment. The salesmen were very helpful however when I bought the car and I believe I got a good deal on it.

They keep a really good schedule which is convent for me during work hours. I like that you can make an appointment by phone or email which saves a lot of my time. They also have a shuttle bus when you are getting you car serviced, and they will drop you off at work.

They were fine. They weren't perfect but they had the car there that we wanted so we went there and bought it. The car is great but I wasn't that impressed with the salesmen as they kept trying to sell us everything.

They were responsive to everything that I asked for in the car and in price. The salesmen are very polite and professional. I don't think you really find that level of professionalism too much around here anymore. I would highly recommend them.
