is a good plastic surgeon. I've known Dr.
for years. He does cancer surgery also. I first met him when he" took a spot off my face and that was a good 12 years ago. I've known him for that long and several times he had to take spots off. He's married has a little boy and a little girl. He's well known in the area. I believe he's part owner of the Northwest Surgery Center. He's a good doctor and has a good staff. They're competent. Its great. Its clean, organized and the staff is very helpful. They even have sliding doors that you can come out of and get in to so you don't have to come out.

-Beulah B.

"Doctor gave his opinion and when I questioned whether or not he had considered some variables that he had not seemed to acknowledge in reaching his opinion, he shut" down discussion. I've seen quite a few doctors and never had such a jarring experience. He seemed unwilling to consider anything I said or even to educate me as to why the information I was asking him to consider was not relevant.

Plastic Surgery reviews in Battle Ground

I made an appointment with Dr.
Battle Ground Reconstructive Surgeons Provider Name Locked
because after an MRI, I was told that I needed a cyst removed from my left knee. I like Dr.
Battle Ground Reconstructive Surgeons Provider Name Locked
, but from the first appointment I could tell that I was going to have trouble getting information. He got up to leave the minute I started asking questions about my condition. I decided I would just ask his nurse, but I could never get anyone to tell me what I could expect after my surgery, how long would it take to recover, would I need physical therapy, when could I go back to work. This is important information and no one could or would answer those questions. My surgery was rescheduled because of an anesthesiologist had a problem with a surgery that I had earlier in the year and Dr.
Battle Ground Reconstructive Surgeons Provider Name Locked
's office rescheduled it without consulting me and it caused a major conflict with my job.
After my surgery, I still could not get any answers about the procedure because I didn't see Dr.
Battle Ground Reconstructive Surgeons Provider Name Locked
. I was supposed to have arthroscopic surgery and one week later when I took the surgery packing off-I had staples in my knee. No one told me that the surgery had changed! I left the surgery center not knowing that I had staples in my knee. Dr.
Battle Ground Reconstructive Surgeons Provider Name Locked
never came to talk to me about the surgery and the follow-up was with his PA. The PA couldn't tell me anything because the computer wouldn't work and he needed it to access the surgery report. Two months after my surgery, I still couldn't get through a complete shift at my job, so I made another appointment-got the PA again-no computer again-no answers again. I insisted on a prescription for physical therapy-I think it is my best hope for a good recovery-and the PA wrote me one.
I told the PA how unhappy I was about not getting any answers to my questions and he gave me the card for the office manager and told me to call her and let her know. YIKES!!!!
I think Dr.
Battle Ground Reconstructive Surgeons Provider Name Locked
is a really good surgeon. I am sure he had a very good reason to change the procedure. He needs to surround himself with people who are great communicators because information is vital to someone who is having a major procedure. And if you cut someone's knee and put staples in-they are going to need physical therapy.

This was so long ago that I can't remember details. He called himself a plastic surgeon, but it turns out he's not. His work was of such poor quality that I had to spend several thousand dollars to have it corrected. Stay away from this guy.

They saved my little nose. I didn’t have to wear masks for the rest of my life. They localize it; it was eighteen needles at one spot on my nose while they did their job. I think they need to put you to sleep for that, which is the only thing I would say. That is what they do but I think it is a wonderful thing to go to sleep for things like that. The results were fine. But it was torture; it was very painful. Even though they give you the Lidocaine to ease the needle going in, it doesn’t matter after you do eighteen needles in the same spot and the nose is like amazingly sensitive. He will even make you laugh while he is doing this. I think that is amazing. It was good as it could be except I would have liked to be put to sleep for it. I

The staff is very courteous and pleasant. They are welcoming and very warm. I do not feel intimidated at all when I walk in. The doctor is kind and gentle. He does not come off as arrogant and he is very receptive to my needs. They are very reasonable in price and he has a wonderful assistant.

The staff was slow and the service was riddled with errors. Even after a long waiting and ordering and measuring process, in addition to pre-payment in full with my credit card, when I went to pick up my prescription sunglasses, I was upcharged more money because, as the staff person explained, they forgot to add a hardening charge or something like that. A bit unprofessional, not to mention sloppy service. At the very least, they should have split the difference with me or honored the contracted price. I don't know of any business that works this way. A sale is made and a price agreed too, then the sales person says oops and upcharges.
Today, I called in to inquire about my regular prescription glasses which were supposed to have been ordered in the new year. After a long wait, I was told the order was not placed, and in spite of my having been in the office for hours, selected a frame, taken measurements, etc., I would have to stop back for another measurement. Plus, the price quoted me earlier has increased $120.00.
I suspect some poor staff training at this location. The products are usually high quality. The physicians across the way are the best. I have been with Dr.
Battle Ground Reconstructive Surgeons Provider Name Locked
since 2002 and am very well pleased and have recommended many others to come to this office. However, over on the optical side where they sell glasses, service is friendly, but inconsistent and weak, with no clear customer focus. Errors are numerous, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I indicated as much back at the first instance, but it continues.

The pre-op appointments and the surgery day went well. There was quite a bit more pain, swelling, and bruising than I expected. I was pretty frightened that my worst fears had come true for about 2 weeks. Today, 26 days post surgery, I am nearly pain free, and very pleased with the results. Scars are evident and I still have a little swelling and a tiny amount of bruising. I can conceal this with make up and hair. My own family loves my new hairstyle and thinks I lost weight. Same with the people at work.
The procedure is very expensive, about double the quote I had gotten 3 years earlier. Financing is available.
Write your questions down before you go. Take a reliable person to help you remember everything at your pre-op appointment. This is a requirement anyway.

was punctual, friendly and caring, a good listener, knowledgable about my condition, and she struck me as being exceptionally competent. She also washed her hands before seeing me, something which I always appreciate in a doctor. Her staff people were also knowledgable and friendly. Because of somewhat unexpected circumstances, I ended up being treated by a different doctor in another city. However, I liked Dr.

very much and I would have trusted her to do the procedure.
