I have had nothing but 100% excellent feedback with a smile (and sometimes a tip).
I charge by how long the job may take me.
As we walk around before I begin I may ask if you would like some of the little things pressure washed such as planters, swing, garden figures, statues, water fountain, wood frame around the area, ect,. I would include this in our price we agree to.
I would rather finish the job with a happy customer and a very clean area, then doing the job just for the money.
Like I mentioned before... -I take pride in my work and I love to leave my customers smile!
