"He's wonderful. He's very attentive; he takes the time and care to understand the patient's whole family history. He's very thorough and has a nice bedside manner." He deals well with insurance so I don't have to do a bunch of phone calls.

Absolutely you have rights to your own medical records. You may have to put it in writing and go through the offices records department. Call and ask to speak with the records department and ask their protocol.

They changed my son's prescription which did not work. Contacts did not fit properly and eyes became red and irritated - impossible to wear. Wanted to charge $300 for glasses frames offered online for $60. Will not return.

9/20/14 paid $114.78 for a single lens replacement. (advertised $69 for 2pair though) 10/1/14 received the wrong prescription and was told "well its not our
Springfield Optometrists Provider Name Locked
" and "it will be expedited for you" it is 10/18/14 with no result. i have started calling every day now with no effect. also, its the weekend and the whole two employees there will not answer phone calls, do adjustments, or give a crap about customer service so don't even try till a weekday. i was told by an employee that the lab staff just walked off the job. very unprofessional. if you have a choice please save yourself sooo much hassle and go to another eye glass chain (even better) use a local optometrist. -

I was having a copy made of a pair of sunglasses that
Springfield Optometrists Provider Name Locked
had made for me several years earlier. They referred to my files, reordered the same frame style, ground and installed a new lens prescription. The best thing about
Springfield Optometrists Provider Name Locked
is that he makes his own lens and fits the frames. This is not a cheap mall outfit. I've had all my glasses made by
Springfield Optometrists Provider Name Locked
for many years, and I continue to return to him because of his rare level of competence and attention to detail.

The staff, both professional and clerical, are really very good, and the care they give to their clients is excellent. The only negative is cost - they are more expensive than many other service providers, especially if the client has no supplemental insurance.

Dr.
Springfield Optometrists Provider Name Locked
does a very complete eye check and explains my problems well. The only problem I have had is that his schedule is not available more than a month or two in advance making it hard to schedule future appointments.

My husband and I just returned from Dr.
Springfield Optometrists Provider Name Locked
's office and would rated the overall experience 5 star. Both Dr.
Springfield Optometrists Provider Name Locked
and his staff were friendly and the eye exam was thorough and efficient largely due to the state of the art equipment used. Dr.
Springfield Optometrists Provider Name Locked
explained his findings and offered a potential solution to my dry eye issue via a prescription which I will take and monitor via his office. We appreciated the time he took with us and his
Springfield Optometrists Provider Name Locked
sense of humor. We will definitely use Dr.
Springfield Optometrists Provider Name Locked
going forward and would recommend him highly to friends/family.
