"I live in
and I travel 90 miles to get service for them. When I purchased the car, they charged a fair price and they gave me $5,000 more than the companies" in Northeast
. You can trust in the work that they do and you know that if they say that it’s done, then it’s done right. They stand behind their work and they will correct any mistakes that are made. They call you back for appointments quickly, and will also call to confirm appointments as well. They will also give you a vehicle while your car is being repaired. The owner doesn’t work for a large company so the service is personable with an emphasis on customer service. You can tell that he really believes in giving back to the community.

"My horrible experience started on 3 Nov 2014. I took my car in because it was hesitating whenever I pressed the gas pedal. They originally said that I needed spark plugs. The cost" was over $290 for parts and labor. After I paid and picked up the car, it was running worst than when I brought it in. I could not drive over 20 miles per hour without the car sputtering and jerking, so I took the vehicle back on the next day and they have had it 10 days without making the repairs. After several more bad diagnoses, I was out of another $1600. To make matters worse, the vehicle is back to experiencing the same problems that I bought it in for. Words are inadequate to describe how badly bruised this experience has left me. I tried to avoid the cost of taking my car to the dealership, but that was a big mistake! This really was a waste of my time and money. I would advise against taking your car to
Service Center for any serious repair job.

Sounds like your biggest problem will be narrowing your list to a limited number of models, and deciding what brand names you are willing to consider to narrow the field.

You can search for websites blogging complaints for each model you are considering to see how they rate with users, and you can also go to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration website at     www.nhtsa.gov     to see how many recalls there have been on a specific model and year.

Most dealers these days have websites with their listed prices for new and used cars that you can browse to get an idea of available listed prices.

I would also recommend that you check out the used car values (free) for models you might be interested in on    www.edmunds.com    and on Kelley Blue Book  -  www.kbb.com

Those 2 sources will give you a lot of negotiating power, because they list what the dealer pays the manufacturer on new cars, shows what people have been paying for each vehicle model and model year, and shows used valuations also. There are undoubtedly other such sources also - these are just the ones I have used and seem to be the best known.

I was treated very well and had no complaints at all. The experience was excellent from start to finish and anytime I had to take the car in for service, they got right on it. I have no complaints. They treated me very well. I thought they gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. I was going to go with the
Milton Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
one and they gave me a more expensive one for a good price.

The best thing I can say about these absolute horrors of car dealers is
that they said thank you as I paid for this absolutely worst vehicle I
have ever bought. Within 1 week after buying this car and after buying
their extended insurance policy ,it stopped working. I asked them to
give me a credit for this vehicle and to allow me to purchase another
vehicle. They never answered any of my voice machine questions so I finaly called them on a phone they couldn't know was me! I was informed that the only way they would sell me anorther veichle was to buy another one (as they never returned cars for credit) and that I should go back to the "city" where I would be more comfortacble with another dealer. I assumed them and now it was a way to slam my religion! I have had to put about 5,000 more in this veichle. The best advice I can give is to buy your
Milton Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
from a grocery store! By the way never ever by the insurace policy as I was informed by another reputable dealer, which they labeled the worst they had ever dealt with.. Feel free to call me if you need any other facts. I only hope this will give others fair warning to stay away from these guys! The CD still doesn't work. One window doesn't go up or down. The engine had to be rebuilt Another dealer after having to putting on 4 new tires as well as do a brake job had no idea how this had passed an inspection!

The sales team was very professional, the car buying process very easy. I am extremely impressed with the servicing of the car. All details that we noted during the test drive were fixed. We brought the car home and a few days later, we heard a high pitched whistle. (Sounded like a belt or something going bad.) We took the car back and they fixed the water pump as well with no additional charge. This will be the first place I go, when i need the next used car.

They helped find me a great car with low mileage, in great condition. Aside from that, they are very honest, knowledgeable and friendly.

Highly recommend!! I was hearing a clicking noise when I turned the wheel on my saab. I also had a "intermediate service" light come on. It turned out that the last garage that changed my oil didn't reset the sensor, and the clicking noise that was supposedly fixed by another garage (the same one that changed my oil and charged me $500 to fix the clicking) may be a much larger problem, but they didn't charge me anything for the diagnosis, and the owner got involved when the mechanic couldn't hear the clicking. These guys were nice, and the owner was clear and concise about what the problem might be, and what would have to be done to fix it. I'm sold on these guys.

2 years ago they attached a trailer hitch using wrong parts so the brake & turn lights on the trailer were intermitant. A had a different company resolve the problem (
Milton Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
put on the wrong power converter) and brought the receipt to
Milton Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
. They agreed to fix the back hatch rattle as compensation for the wrong trailer hitch power converter after much haggling. The back hatch noise returned this winter. I told them to tighten the stops. The back panel clips that
Milton Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
replaced 2 years ago were now considered bad/wrong. They said the rubber stop that held the hatch tight was totally stripped. And now they say the latch is also broken: about $470 to fix!! I told them to check the records because the bad/wrong clips were attached by them. I escalated to the Exec Sevice Manager
Milton Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
. He said they have no idea what happened to my car in the last 2 years but I shouldn't expect free life time service!!!!!! He also said I shouldn't have brought it in if I didn't want it fixed. Basically just inflammatory. They offered a 10% discount and basically took no responsibility for the past work. When I received the car the inside liner of the hatch wasn't even fully attached. A service manager was able to clip them in tighter, shotty workmanship. I can only assume they broke some clips taking the inside panel/liner off. I took the car home, attached 1/16 rubber to the stop, and the rattling stopped (cost 10 cents). Conclusion: They did not do a thorough evaluation, caused damage, and wanted to replace everything involved as an expensive solution. If you get a
Milton Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
coupon deal on a oil change and bring your car to
Milton Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
they will likely identify service that must be completed whether there are symptoms or not. In 2011 a had a deal for an oil change. They said I needed the transfer case seal replaced - typical Maurano problem - and if I do it right away they'll take $200 off. I should have seen the Red flag, said no and had it checked elsewhere. There has to be better
Milton Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
repair dealers. I've worked with
Milton Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
but they're a bit more expensive.
